Comfort Inn Fayetteville West Near Fort Liberty

Customer service was great but the condition of the room was lacking. The carpets are old and I didn't want to walk on them without shoes. The lamps still have internet plugs, the foot rest was cracked, and the furniture scratched up. In general everythinng was ok but the condition of the rooms need some renovations.

The rooms were clean and neat.. the staff was amazing.. they had fresh baked cookies at the desk... for freee

Very clean environment, great staff. Rooms are clean and neat, some have older showers and bathroom fixtures but everything is well maintained. The outside has an unsightly pool area that should be covered from public eyes. Other than the nasty looking pool area everything else about this hotel is 4-5 stars. You will be very comfortable and happy. It is walking distance to everything imaginable (food, shopping, dining, fun activities). Centrally located on the main ***** of Skibo.

The food was good but i didn't like we had to go to another building to get it. Also the elevator was not working even though i was on the first floor

I liked friendly staff, breakfast and breakfast area was clean and towels were clean and bedding was comfortable. Bathroom small and door was too big for area. furniture was worn badly.

The bed was comfortable, linens smelled of fresh bleach which we liked. The hotel had a funky odor as soon as you got to a floor from the elevator. The room was tidy, but on further review the bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would like. We had our own sanitizing wipes. Tub was not completely clean and contained hair. Gaping hole between toilet and tub, where the wall and floor meet, with a tile shoved into it. Rooms not cleaned daily, only after you check out. If you need more towels, you have to gather up your used items and bring to the front desk for exchange. Front desk personnel very friendly.

Canceled my reservation the afternoon of my stay. STILL charged me the deposit and one night stay even though THEY canceled the DAY OF

Since my last visit at his location was pleasant, I decided to stay at this location. Can I say I’m highly upset and disappointed. Upon checking in with the front desk receptionist I informed her I didn’t want a connecting room. The receptionist ensured me the room wasn’t a connecting room. As I entered the room, I immediately noticed the pieces of tissue on the bathroom floor. I then noticed the connecting door. I went back to the front desk to inform of the unclean bathroom and request another room. The receptionist herself was unsure which rooms in the hotel were connected and waited for the maintenance man to come to assist her. This was frustrating to me as I felt the receptionist should know which rooms are connectors or not. Finally, a room was found for us in the second building. The receptionist ensured the room was clean as she just deep cleaned it the day prior. Upon inspecting the room, it was not clean the ice bucket had hair and red spots on it. There were no washcloths in the room and even when calling the front desk, they told me I would have to come to the front desk to get it. Once I begin to tell them how the room was unclean, they sent someone up with it. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or washcloths. There was no Do Not Disturb sign on the back of the room door. I had to go to the front desk to get it.
