Walked in, nice staff but seemed uninterested. Room was ok, nothing special. Clean, didn't notice any critters. Was offered cookies when checked in - chocolate chip like brand, but these had walnuts. SO many people can't eat tree nuts. Why??? Asked about breakfast - was told that it was $5.95 continental or $12.95 for a buffet, both through their restaurant. The morning staff was nice. After I told her the receipt wouldn't load on the computer she printed out one & brought it out to me in the literal freezing weather when I pulled up.

My family recently traveled to Fayetteville for our kids’ sports weekend. This hotel was perfect and has everything we could have asked for!! Breakfast was delicious, WiFi great for kids devices, cozy and spacious rooms, plus an incredible fitness center for mom/dad to steal a quick early am workout. AND kudos to the wonderful staff for being so gracious and hospitable. Our family had a wonderful stay and we will surely be back when activities bring us to the Fayetteville area. Thanks again!

We received excellent service from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff to those checking us in for breakfast (which was fantastic by the way) to the grill masters 🙂 in the dining room. Every employee we encountered was welcoming, kind, and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the spacious bathroom with the waterfall shower head. My husband has stayed at an Embassy Suite Hotel several times, but this was my first. I will definitely visit an Embassy property again. Thank you for making our stay an extremely comfortable one.

Rude Bait and Switch We were up at 5:00 AM and on the road until 7:15 pm. We always search for hotels with restaurants when we are in the road traveling. This Hilton Garden in Fayetteville checked off all of the boxes. It listed a restaurant on the Honors app. So we reserved it online with our Hilton Honors app. While checking in, I asked where the restaurant was. Well…They do not have a working restaurant after breakfast which is a paid breakfast! The rude manager’s solution when I was livid was that she would gladly cancel our reservation. We are 75 and 77. My husband is a disabled veteran because of being shot in Vietnam. It was dark out. We do not know the area. This was not a workable option. I pressed for a discount. She said she would give me a discount. She apparently did —however she did send two different holds to our Master Card which showed on our MC app. We then had to unpack the cooler and a food bag—looking for something to eat. I found some leftover chicken. My husband had chips. We would have been better off booking a Hampton Inn which is cheaper and provides a free breakfast. Upon checking out the next morning, the gentleman at the desk said that there had not been a restaurant since the hotel had been remodeled and it was doubtful that there would be one in the future. Hilton needs to take off the restaurant icon in the hotel’s about information.

I want all of my money back, I came to this little lovely town, to see my 5th Grandson born, and I was greeted bye the stuff at first in a hostile manner, being judged as I walked through the doors, as I was told I had to book a room on line,if I didn't wanna pay $90 plus dollars for one night. That's when I remembered I was a member of your website (thank God) because this was an unexpected trip! So I booked the room, and on your app, it said, all I had to pay was the room tax of $8.95. That was a lie. They place a hold on my debit card of 50$ plus the room tax. So when I make it up stairs I was actually impressed with how the room looked, nice clean and tightly maintained, only to learn,that it was to hood to be true.... the room was infested with ROACHES.....OMG BAD, AND EVERYWHERE!!!!!! AND WHEN I TOLD THE NICE AND FRIENDLY DAY Cleck of the issue. She actually tryed to place me in another room,only to tell me there book and I had to live with the ROACHES......IM SO UPSET, I HAD TO ACTUALLY WRAP MY BELONGINGS UP TO MAKE SURE I DONT BRING HOME ANY NORTH CAROLINA ROACHES BACK TO GEORGIA!!!!!!!! All in the coffee maker!!!!!! I'm so sick!!!!!!!

This hotel was a gem. The room was clean and was updated. I love the fact there was no carpets in the room! That was the best part. My second time staying there. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Some stains on the sheets, not much. The front desk was efficient, and helpful with finding a place to eat They followed the CDC requirements due to COVID and we felt safe. I hope they keep up with maintenance and not let it go down like most hotels. Definitely worth the stay.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are clean, reasonable rates, and the beds ARE comfortable. After spending a week at another hotel that was uncomfortable to sleep on. My mom and I had stopped on the way to visit family up north. We were pleased with this location and chose to stay at this location again as we were heading back home to Florida. We would definitely stay here again when passing through on our travels.

Newer hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds, nice amenities. Breakfast offers typical hot/cold options. Coffee was a bit weak for my taste but got me going in the morning. Best part of our stay was the front desk staff. We were greeted upon arrival in the evening by a friendly young woman who checked us in (sorry, we didn’t get her name). In the morning, when I unexpectedly needed a screwdriver, LADONNA at the front desk went above and beyond to find me one I could borrow. If ever in the area again, will definitely book another stay at this hotel!

This place is where you want to stay. I highly recommend to all Healthcare professionals and family's. Don't let price fool you, it's great for the price. Brad , the manager is great. Place is very clean and quiet. I stayed here for 3 months and absolutely had a great stay each time. All rooms are fully furnished with complete apt style living. Bathroom is clean with a good hot shower and water pressure. Thick bath towels....beds are comfortable. Also it is very secure and safe. Has outdoor grills and tables. I will always return here for all my stays!

We got to this hotel in the middle of the night after a long day, driving 12 hours on top of that and needed sleep for the last 12 hours of our trip home. We walked into our rooms - they smelled like we walked into an ash tray, smelled like there was a fire in one room. I can't even begin to describe the different smells blended together; I literally threw up! My one friend ended up sleeping in the car, the smell was that intolerable. The air filtration, or lack thereof, burned the sinuses. We could not use the bathroom; the tubs were disgusting and had numerous cigarette burns and god knows what else. The toilet was broken, literally could not flush and no toilet paper provided in the one room. As one review stated, it really did feel like there were bed bugs. ”Pool is Open” was completely laughable; it looked like it was full of hazardous waste. Management's response and attitude was totally unacceptable, as if they blamed us for staying in the room and not requesting another crappy room at 3:30 AM. Their offer of a %10 refund was also ridiculous. Zero compensation! So many health and safety violations at this hotel; I wouldn't even let my pet in the room! I am ashamed to even have to give this hotel a 1 star rating. DO NOT STAY HERE

My wife and I always stay at the Sleep Inn or Comfort Suites in Fayetteville on our way to visit our son in Virginia. We last stayed at this Sleep in in September and things were okay but they have gotten significantly worse. They still do not have a full hot breakfast although in September they said they were resuming full breakfast(what a lie) in November but still offer Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and granola bars, no fresh milk with coffee. The decaf coffee was not working. Again they said they were resuming full hot breakfast soon(???). There was no tissue in the bathroom and the shower door seal was loose and hanging detached. But the piece de resistance to top it all of when we awoke the next morning to take our shower my wife found a live cockroach on the bathroom floor. I am a loyal Platinum Choice Hotels member but I would avoid this Sleep Inn at all costs, especially when there is a Comfort Suites nearby!

Do Not come to this debacle called a Hotel. It is filthy, noisy, caters to Junkies, ******s and dangerous surroundings (poorly lighted at night) Two Trash cans were overflowing by the doors, someone had vomited beside the door. There was a used syringe/needle laying by the entrance. In my opinion, of the hundreds and hundreds of hotels I have stayed in, in US, Canada, UK, Scandanavia, France, Germany, Italy, all over the Caribbean, Mexica, Switzerland, Hong Kong, and numerous other Countries over thew past 45 years of business and pleasure travel, this joint is by far the WORST one I have ever stayed in. My first warning should have been at check-in No one wasa wearing a mask, two ”people” were slouched on a couch in the lobby watching TV that the volume was so loud I could not hear the Receptionist. She required my Drivers license and made a copy of it and filed it. As I turned away to leave a panhandler askwed if I had any spare change. I went to the room, and noticed there were no State eleverator inspection certificates in the lift. Both of them came to the gound floor. I pushed the 9th floor button and it took over one minute to get to my floor. Upon entry into my room, I noticed it had a ”unique” odor. I dropped by bags, and turned on the TV. Only one channel came on, and the remote would not work to change channels. Then I was bombarded by two insects, and they would not settle down so I could swat them. There was Urine stain around the commode. Then upon plugging my phone charger and CPAP machine in, neither outlet worked. Thank goodness I had my travel extension cord and plugged it in across the room in a wall socket. In disgust, I called the front desk and asked to change rooms. I came to the lobby, got new keys to a room on the 5th floor and noted the lobby had a number of couples checking in and obviously the females were all ******s, with young Soldiers. I went back to my room and could not open the door with my original keys, and went back to the lobby and the clerkm came to the room with a master keyand opened the door. I moved to the 5th floor, entered the room, and unpacked and again the bedside outlets did not work so I used my extension cord. I had paperwork to complete, and was up and down several times crossing the room in my bare feet. I finally bedded down at 10:30 and at 11:45 a group passed my room making loud noises and banging on doors. Finally back asleep, and got very cold during the night. Noticed the bed only has a sheet and thin cover. Saturday Dec 5th, I started to take my shower, and there were NO hand towels, so had to use a small towls to wash. During the shower I noticed black water running off my feet, and when I washed them with soap and cloth, it finally disappeared. Drying was difficuly because the towels were worn out, and I used the second (and only) towel to complete drying. I got dressed, using the two towels to walk on the floor. I pushed the 9th floor button and it took over one minute to get to my floor. Upon entry into my room, I noticed it had a ”unique” odor. I dropped by bags, and turned on the TV. Only one channel came on, and the remote would not work to change channels. Then I was bombarded by two insects, and they would not settle down so I could swat them. There was Urine stain around the commode. Then upon plugging my phone charger and CPAP machine in, neither outlet worked. Thank goodness I had my travel extension cord and plugged it in across the room in a wall socket. In disgust, I called the front desk and asked to change rooms. I came to the lobby, got new keys to a room on the 5th floor and noted the lobby had a number of couples checking in and obviously the females were all ******s, with young Soldiers. I went back to my room and could not open the door with my original keys, and went back to the lobby and the clerkm came to the room with a master keyand opened the door. I moved to the 5th floor, entered the room, and unpacked and again the bedside outlets did not work so I used my extension cord. I had paperwork to complete, and was up and down several times crossing the room in my bare feet. I finally bedded down at 10:30 and at 11:45 a group passed my room making loud noises and banging on doors. Finally back asleep, and got very cold during the night. Noticed the bed only has a sheet and thin cover. Saturday Dec 5th, I started to take my shower, and there were NO hand towels, so had to use a small towls to wash. During the shower I noticed black water running off my feet, and when I washed them with soap and cloth, it finally disappeared. Drying was difficuly because the towels were worn out, and I used the second (and only) towel to complete drying. I got dressed, using the two towels to walk on the floor. I picked these up and noticed dirt stains from the floor on the t

She actually tryed to place me in another room,only to tell me there book and I had to live with the ROACHES......IM SO UPSET, I HAD TO ACTUALLY WRAP MY BELONGINGS UP TO MAKE SURE I DONT BRING HOME ANY NORTH CAROLINA ROACHES BACK TO GEORGIA!!!!!!!! Do Not come to this debacle called a Hotel. I stayed at this hotel 5-7 years ago, and than recently in October and than again this past saturday night. I noticed that the outside stairs looked repaired. I think I mentioned them in my previous review. Pool looked usable even though I didn't have a chance to swim. That alone means something post-covid when many other hotels I've been to last year haven't reopened pools at all even during the summer. Yes, bedspreads and possibly sheets should be replaced for appearance but they are clean. Yes, perhaps a bit more attention should be made towards room cleaning. I did find a small cigarette butt in the corner of the bathroom of my room. I'm not pretentious. Picked it up with a tissue and tossed it in the trash. I'm willing to overlook that for the value / quality ratio of my tastes. Check in said there would be a grab and go during a certain time and I was well within that timeframe and there wasn't any. Unfortunately with the covid era, I had zero expectations anyway.

My wife and I always stay at the Sleep Inn or Comfort Suites in Fayetteville on our way to visit our son in Virginia. We last stayed at this Sleep in in September and things were okay but they have gotten significantly worse. They still do not have a full hot breakfast although in September they said they were resuming full breakfast(what a lie) in November but still offer Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and granola bars, no fresh milk with coffee. The decaf coffee was not working. Again they said they were resuming full hot breakfast soon(???). There was no tissue in the bathroom and the shower door seal was loose and hanging detached. But the piece de resistance to top it all of when we awoke the next morning to take our shower my wife found a live cockroach on the bathroom floor. I am a loyal Platinum Choice Hotels member but I would avoid this Sleep Inn at all costs, especially when there is a Comfort Suites nearby!

We stayed for a night in this Inn because of travel. The young lady and man behind the desk were very friendly and informative. We have a small pet, and were not charged an extra fee. We were given an updated, very clean room that we were so happy to get because of the stressful day of traveling. They recommended a nearby bistro which was reasonable and had good food. We had a nice breakfast the next morning with coffee and tea all at no charge. We would definitely recommend Red Roof Inn Fayetteville to our friends and family. We will consider this chain while traveling with our dog.

We received excellent service from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff to those checking us in for breakfast (which was fantastic by the way) to the grill masters 🙂 in the dining room. Every employee we encountered was welcoming, kind, and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the spacious bathroom with the waterfall shower head. My husband has stayed at an Embassy Suite Hotel several times, but this was my first. I will definitely visit an Embassy property again. Thank you for making our stay an extremely comfortable one.

Rude Bait and Switch We were up at 5:00 AM and on the road until 7:15 pm. We always search for hotels with restaurants when we are in the road traveling. This Hilton Garden in Fayetteville checked off all of the boxes. It listed a restaurant on the Honors app. So we reserved it online with our Hilton Honors app. While checking in, I asked where the restaurant was. Well…They do not have a working restaurant after breakfast which is a paid breakfast! The rude manager’s solution when I was livid was that she would gladly cancel our reservation. We are 75 and 77. My husband is a disabled veteran because of being shot in Vietnam. It was dark out. We do not know the area. This was not a workable option. I pressed for a discount. She said she would give me a discount. She apparently did —however she did send two different holds to our Master Card which showed on our MC app. We then had to unpack the cooler and a food bag—looking for something to eat. I found some leftover chicken. My husband had chips. We would have been better off booking a Hampton Inn which is cheaper and provides a free breakfast. Upon checking out the next morning, the gentleman at the desk said that there had not been a restaurant since the hotel had been remodeled and it was doubtful that there would be one in the future. Hilton needs to take off the restaurant icon in the hotel’s about information.
