Clean and quiet. Would recommend to others.

Newer hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds, nice amenities. Breakfast offers typical hot/cold options. Coffee was a bit weak for my taste but got me going in the morning. Best part of our stay was the front desk staff. We were greeted upon arrival in the evening by a friendly young woman who checked us in (sorry, we didn’t get her name). In the morning, when I unexpectedly needed a screwdriver, LADONNA at the front desk went above and beyond to find me one I could borrow. If ever in the area again, will definitely book another stay at this hotel!

We stayed for a night in this Inn because of travel. The young lady and man behind the desk were very friendly and informative. We have a small pet, and were not charged an extra fee. We were given an updated, very clean room that we were so happy to get because of the stressful day of traveling. They recommended a nearby bistro which was reasonable and had good food. We had a nice breakfast the next morning with coffee and tea all at no charge. We would definitely recommend Red Roof Inn Fayetteville to our friends and family. We will consider this chain while traveling with our dog.

I stayed at this hotel 5-7 years ago, and than recently in October and than again this past saturday night. I noticed that the outside stairs looked repaired. I think I mentioned them in my previous review. Pool looked usable even though I didn't have a chance to swim. That alone means something post-covid when many other hotels I've been to last year haven't reopened pools at all even during the summer. Yes, bedspreads and possibly sheets should be replaced for appearance but they are clean. Yes, perhaps a bit more attention should be made towards room cleaning. I did find a small cigarette butt in the corner of the bathroom of my room. I'm not pretentious. Picked it up with a tissue and tossed it in the trash. I'm willing to overlook that for the value / quality ratio of my tastes. Check in said there would be a grab and go during a certain time and I was well within that timeframe and there wasn't any. Unfortunately with the covid era, I had zero expectations anyway.

Was very happy to stay at this motel. The grounds are clean and I felt very safe at this motel. The staff are super nice, and the room was very clean. The only problem I encountered was that there were no electrical plugs by the bed for my phone and Kindle.

My wife and I always stay at the Sleep Inn or Comfort Suites in Fayetteville on our way to visit our son in Virginia. We last stayed at this Sleep in in September and things were okay but they have gotten significantly worse. They still do not have a full hot breakfast although in September they said they were resuming full breakfast(what a lie) in November but still offer Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and granola bars, no fresh milk with coffee. The decaf coffee was not working. Again they said they were resuming full hot breakfast soon(???). There was no tissue in the bathroom and the shower door seal was loose and hanging detached. But the piece de resistance to top it all of when we awoke the next morning to take our shower my wife found a live cockroach on the bathroom floor. I am a loyal Platinum Choice Hotels member but I would avoid this Sleep Inn at all costs, especially when there is a Comfort Suites nearby!
