Dirty rooms, all my four rooms was rally nasty. Frot desks person not really showing emphatic , after driving 12 hrs we just tired we wanted to go to ours room.
One of my guests after we check in went to her room and just laying onthe bed for 2 minutes a bedbug bites her, we went down and complain to the person at the front desk about the issues ... short story we desire no to staying at that property , we gave our keys to front desk. All ours rooms qas on the second floor.

This is an older hotel. It has a hot tub in the pool area, but it is not in use which I don't understand. Located directly off the interstate, choices for affordable meals makes it convenient.

The front desk clerk was friendly and personable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. TV remote was missing from the room, clerk found us one and stayed to make sure it worked. Now for the issues: upon stepping off the elevator we were immediately hit with a very pungent food smell and it remained on the 3rd floor over night into the morning. The hotel is very dated and has a lot of wear and tear. The grout in the bathroom is very old and dirty, I actually feel bad for housekeeping for having to try to clean that. The noise from the highway is very loud and I barely slept. We would not stay here again for the noise alone. Again hotel staff are great! A refresh of this property is desperately needed.

Outside of the facility was very clean. Inside was fairly clean. Was quiet. Parking was limited and tight.

I would stay here again, it was very average. Everything worked ok, it was mostly clean, there was a musty smell but not overwhelming.

I usually stay here every time I'm in Knoxville because the rooms are reasonable, nice, and staff know me. There were a few stains on my comforter but other than that everything was fine. I'm sure if I would've asked for another one I would've gotten it, but I was ready to go to sleep.

This hotel was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The fire sprinkler was rusted, the floors weren’t mopped, the toilet looked like it had urine around the ring on the floor, there were spots on the counters, there were chip crumbs on the floor, just down right disgusting conditions. The lobby was dirty, wallpaper peeling, carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. When you walk on the stairs in the lobby it feels like they’re going to collapse on you. NEVER AGAIN!!

Looks like they’re doing renovations and they definitely need them. The room and bathroom were clean and it was quiet. Pool heater is broken and my teenage daughter was upset about that. It wasn’t the nicest place we’ve stayed but it wasn’t the worst either. Nothing that made it stand out either way.
