Just to be clear - if you like to stay somewhere loud, chaotic with hundreds of other people then La Gastrocasa is not for you! If on the other hand you prefer peace, quiet, lovely hospitality in a great traditional setting then I can highly recommend! Room was nice and modern, cleaned regularly and well equipped. No complaints. Breakfast and dinner are optional but were excellent and on a par with any restaurant and probably better than most. Nice pool with an Honesty Bar where you can help yourself to refreshments. All in all, we had a lovely break and with the beach only being a 10 minute walk away it really was the perfect stay. WOW WOW WOW This is a beautiful small boutique hotel with 5 rooms. We were warmly greeted by the owner Roxanna on our arrival and shown to our beautiful en-suite room SOL with balcony facing the beautiful swimming pool. Every element of this hotel has been finely crafted and the decor is neutral creating a very relaxed room. Then there is the outside pool area with loungers and towels a small honesty bar area creating s very relaxed area to swim or just take in the beautiful property.. Then we meet Augustine what a pleasure. He is responsible for the creation of this beautiful home from home into this beautiful hotel. He is the most amazing cook and his meals in the evening were some of the best meals we had the pleasure of eating whilst staying in the area. From the fabulous sea bass to the most delicious salads created from the best local produce which he shops daily for. The local Rose Cava was exceptional. This hotel is worth a visit and is in a very peaceful location which will allow you to explore the area of Gandia/Oliva with the beach only 10 minutes walk and Valencia only an hour away by train. Thank you for the most amazing holiday.we will be back.

If you are looking for peace and quiet and relaxation, look no further. This gem of a hotel is tucked away but within easy walking distance of the beach and bars. The welcome you receive here is exceptional. Agus and his parents provide a home from home feel and always on hand to provide restaurant recommendations. However if you choose to take advantage of dining here , make sure you are prepared for fantastic food and a lot of it ! We enjoyed a wonderful break here and will definitely return.

This hotel has only 5 rooms. Ten minutes from the beach . Augustine and Rosanna were amazing hosts. The pool and chiringuito bar were a great place to unwind. I recommend the place also for dinner. Our room had a terrace. This place beats any high rise hotel.

Me he alojado unos dias . Es una casa muy bonita , muy bien decorada. Todo está súper limpio. Muy fàcil aparcar en la zona. Muy cerca de la playa y con una piscina perfecta. Roxana y Agus són encantadores! Me han ayudado en todo lo que he necesitado. El desayuno una maravilla!!! VOLVERÉ

Un fin de semana de descanso y desconexión con todas las comodidades. Desde la limpieza de las habitaciones y la casa a la comodidad de la zona de la piscina, en la que existe una zona bar con todo lo necesario para tomarte unas cervezas o incluso (aunque no fue nuestro caso) hacerte tu propia comida. La atención del servicio de la casa y, en concreto, de Agus fue excepcional, están en todo. Si tuviéramos algo que resaltar sería, además de la calidad del descanso, la cocina: productos frescos y de primera calidad. El desayuno completísimo. Sin duda volveremos!

Deuxième séjour dans ce merveilleux établissement et à nouveau tout était parfait ou presque. Accueil chaleureux des hôtes du lieu et personnel adorable avec un sens du service rarement vu. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien, piscine magnifique avec jacuzzi activable facilement, restaurant sur place. Petit déjeuner somptueux, de grande qualité et très varié avec choix la veille. Chambre magnifiquement décorée et très agréable, douche à l'italienne, grande terrasse. Au final excellent rapport qualité/prix. De plus la résidence est en retrait dans un quartier de villa, protégé des avenues bordées de barres d'immeuble tout en étant assez proche de la plage et d'un supermarché. Nous reviendrons encore et encore c'est certain ! Merci à nos charmants hôtes Attention : depuis cette année le petit déjeuner est facturé à part
