The room that gave us a Suite was a walk with the bathroom in the room.
And the Uniq plant is a wonderful experience that you have to hire if you are going to be a few days.
The only thing you can get is that if you have breakfast on the terrace is not the same buffet as in the room and that is understood by logistics but clearly, you pay the same and it is not the same buffet just for enjoying the terrace.

Hotel Cibeles provided the perfect stay for our week in Gandia, where there is much to do & we kept busy in town, enjoyed the local beaches & visited Valencia by train. The hotel has a smart exterior & looks great lit up in the evenings. The pretty reception vestibule leads to a lovely poolside terrace & bar, or a sweeping stairway to the dining room. The rooms are a fair size & have great balconies. We ate good breakfasts there, & had our dinners out as there are plenty of fun restaurants a stroll away. Gandia beach is also walking distance & the pedestrian area comes to life in the evenings with shops & stalls. We had a car, & the hotel has a small underground carpark. The staff were a pleasure, & we would definitely stay there again!

The food itself was good, I would put a 6 notes. The bad thing was that there was very little variety, it was always a pasta, meat (almost always chicken), fish and a frite (croquets, shrimps or sprouts) When we just arrived the food turns reduced to 2 and having the same people as The last week, all the meals were tailed, if there was the dining room at 13:30, you had to be at 13:00 or before to tail, the same in dinner and breakfast, a complete disaster. Theme rooms, are well, old, but like the photos they put on your web. The cleaning service as it was overlooking because they had reduced staff were presented in the rooms at 8:30, of course the people who touched us up went about 9:00: The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.

One of my sons and I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights in June. It is a hotel mostly visited by spanish guests, we saw and talked to a french couple, but other than that spanish families and elderly couples. The highlight of the hotel would be in my opinion the food. It was excellent: fish everyday, salads, mexican food, indian food, paella, humus, fruits, they also had soya milk or free lactose milk. My birthday was in one of the days spent there and they surprised my with champaigne and a small cake. I really appreciated this gesture, it was very thoughtful of them. Muchas gracias! The room we received was on the first floor, facing the pool and the parking lot, with 2 huge beds. Clean and cleaned every day. The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the beach. I have seen sandy beaches before, but smaller, this was really large and with smooth sand. What I didn't like at all was that the other guests with kids didn't care that their kids were really loud, screaming at any time of day and night, of course this was not the fault of the hotel, but maybe they could have been reminded that they were not alone in the hotel. What I would recommend is that they think of some entertainment for the middle aged guests as well, now it seems to be done only for the kids and for seniors. All in all it was a really nice stay and I would go back.

The hotel has modern, modern, modern rooms. The bed and couchs very comfortable, the bathroom is well I expected it worse for everything I had read but it is very well and clean, the only stick would be that it has a curtain instead of a mampara.
Breakfast, buffet-type, offers a wide variety of hot dishes and hot salts, super good.
The dinner, however, also a buffet, left us a little to desire for the quality of the meat in general, but for the adjusted price you have, you can't ask for more.

Spent a week there with my husband and my young daughter. We paid for all three meals that does not include any drinks. The Spanish tables were served tap water in a jug. We were only offered bottled water for a fee. The wine is cheap and not very nice so don’t bother paying for it. The food is ok but the selection is very limited and if you are a vegetarian you could easily end up not eating much. Service was very average and they don’t speak English. In fact, they make it clear that they look at you as a walking wallet and have no time and respect for you. We got the smallest room in the hotel while it was rather empty. The view was to the next door neighbour’s bathroom window combined with the view of a dirty backstreet. The room was clean and the cleaner greeted us with a smile. That was nice. The pools are tiny and the “spa” means that you have a steam room. The gym is a joke and the hotel lounge seats are uncomfortable. The hotel entertainment is unbearable. The roof top bar is actually really nice and they play lovely live music and the view is spectacular. By the time you add up all costs, you are better off going 4star all inclusive somewhere else.

We have been my partner and I last week of July. The great, very familiar, very pleasant treatment all employees. A very pleasant chill out and the treatment of the boys who carry it very good. Good cleaning and always pending. The next time we can go, we'll be safe.

GGuest UserThe room that gave us a Suite was a walk with the bathroom in the room.
And the Uniq plant is a wonderful experience that you have to hire if you are going to be a few days.
The only thing you can get is that if you have breakfast on the terrace is not the same buffet as in the room and that is understood by logistics but clearly, you pay the same and it is not the same buffet just for enjoying the terrace.

Modern and beautiful rooms ( nb bathroom open directly on the room .. shower next bed ... no intimacy for those that could disturb Superb view from the 10th floor / side sea views overcrowding all other buildings Breakfast is absolutely fabulous and decent to a 4* superb High range products / machines nespresso coffee .. a wide variety of cheese and charcuterie .. more kitchen has demand .. buffet made can be 15 or 20 metres long ... very wide choice . One of the most important things to do is to be a nice shop . Good mother to heritage of French gastronomy , but not a worry over the rest Easy to park in streets outside season

GGuest UserThe hotel has modern, modern, modern rooms. The bed and couchs very comfortable, the bathroom is well I expected it worse for everything I had read but it is very well and clean, the only stick would be that it has a curtain instead of a mampara.
Breakfast, buffet-type, offers a wide variety of hot dishes and hot salts, super good.
The dinner, however, also a buffet, left us a little to desire for the quality of the meat in general, but for the adjusted price you have, you can't ask for more.

Spent a week there with my husband and my young daughter. We paid for all three meals that does not include any drinks. The Spanish tables were served tap water in a jug. We were only offered bottled water for a fee. The wine is cheap and not very nice so don’t bother paying for it. The food is ok but the selection is very limited and if you are a vegetarian you could easily end up not eating much. Service was very average and they don’t speak English. In fact, they make it clear that they look at you as a walking wallet and have no time and respect for you. We got the smallest room in the hotel while it was rather empty. The view was to the next door neighbour’s bathroom window combined with the view of a dirty backstreet. The room was clean and the cleaner greeted us with a smile. That was nice. The pools are tiny and the “spa” means that you have a steam room. The gym is a joke and the hotel lounge seats are uncomfortable. The hotel entertainment is unbearable. The roof top bar is actually really nice and they play lovely live music and the view is spectacular. By the time you add up all costs, you are better off going 4star all inclusive somewhere else.

One of my sons and I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights in June. It is a hotel mostly visited by spanish guests, we saw and talked to a french couple, but other than that spanish families and elderly couples. The highlight of the hotel would be in my opinion the food. It was excellent: fish everyday, salads, mexican food, indian food, paella, humus, fruits, they also had soya milk or free lactose milk. My birthday was in one of the days spent there and they surprised my with champaigne and a small cake. I really appreciated this gesture, it was very thoughtful of them. Muchas gracias! The room we received was on the first floor, facing the pool and the parking lot, with 2 huge beds. Clean and cleaned every day. The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the beach. I have seen sandy beaches before, but smaller, this was really large and with smooth sand. What I didn't like at all was that the other guests with kids didn't care that their kids were really loud, screaming at any time of day and night, of course this was not the fault of the hotel, but maybe they could have been reminded that they were not alone in the hotel. What I would recommend is that they think of some entertainment for the middle aged guests as well, now it seems to be done only for the kids and for seniors. All in all it was a really nice stay and I would go back.

GGuest UserHotel Cibeles provided the perfect stay for our week in Gandia, where there is much to do & we kept busy in town, enjoyed the local beaches & visited Valencia by train. The hotel has a smart exterior & looks great lit up in the evenings. The pretty reception vestibule leads to a lovely poolside terrace & bar, or a sweeping stairway to the dining room. The rooms are a fair size & have great balconies. We ate good breakfasts there, & had our dinners out as there are plenty of fun restaurants a stroll away. Gandia beach is also walking distance & the pedestrian area comes to life in the evenings with shops & stalls. We had a car, & the hotel has a small underground carpark. The staff were a pleasure, & we would definitely stay there again!

GGuest UserCompletely comprised by the worst checking-in experience of our lives 5.0 Liked · The breakfast buffet was very good. Excellent coffee, good variety of options. Nice breakfast room, not over crowded. Disliked · Checking in at reception was the worst experience of many years of checking in at many types of hotels, in many countries, for both business and pleasure. It was the most unwelcoming process, where my wife and I felt like potential criminals. We had paid in full, in advance, when making the booking, for the six nights. That's fine. We were asked for our credit card to be scanned for a pre-authorisation. Why? we asked. ”Its for security for the room” we were told. My wife asked ”is this in case we damage or trash the room”. The receptionist smiled and nodded. Then came the ”terms and conditions” which we were asked to sign. This was four A4 pages of small font script, in SPANISH. ”Fine we said, Can we have the English version?” We don't speak Spanish and are from Ireland. We can't sign a four page document we can't read. Besides which we are fully paid in advance and you have additionally taken an authorisation of our card for any damage that we cause. What further assurances are required in a four page document. We explained very calmly and politely that we can't sign a document we can't understand. Another receptionist colleague offered to translate the ”important bits” of the document for us verbally. We declined. A signature on a document is a legally binding acceptance of the document in its totality. Ignorance is no defence in law. They had another mini conference about this with what appeared to be a shift manager, ( who didn't acknowledge us or come over to where we were standing at reception) and then they advised us that they would translate the document using A.I. but after another 15 minutes of us waiting then announced that they couldn't translate it. They would allow us to complete check-in and if we came back to the reception desk the following day they should have a translation for us to sign. We didn't go back to the reception.

The bad thing was that there was very little variety, it was always a pasta, meat (almost always chicken), fish and a frite (croquets, shrimps or sprouts) When we just arrived the food turns reduced to 2 and having the same people as The last week, all the meals were tailed, if there was the dining room at 13:30, you had to be at 13:00 or before to tail, the same in dinner and breakfast, a complete disaster. Theme rooms, are well, old, but like the photos they put on your web. The cleaning service as it was overlooking because they had reduced staff were presented in the rooms at 8:30, of course the people who touched us up went about 9:00: The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.
