However, the shower head that turns to water the wall when you put it in its base is a bit annoying.
But there is worse, even little acceptable.

Hôtel très calme, avec un accueil chaleureux et un personnel attentif. La chambre est propre, bien aménagée, et le lit est particulièrement confortable. La salle de bain est spacieuse et moderne. Un grand parking sécurisé est disponible, et l’hôtel se trouve à proximité de bons restaurants, parfait pour un séjour agréable.

"Expérience extrêmement décevante" j'ai découvert des punaises de lit lors de mon séjour d'une semaine ( 08.09.2024 au 13.09.2024 ). J'ai demandé un dédommagement ou un geste commercial, mais aucun responsable n'était présent pour traiter ma demande. Après de nombreuses tentatives, j'ai finalement réussi à joindre le responsable par téléphone, qui, après insistance, m'a demandé d'envoyer un e-mail, j'ai également envoyé un courrier recommandé, mais je n'ai toujours reçu aucune réponse à ce jour. Je ne comprends pas que l'on peut laisser proliférer des punaises de lit dans un hôtel 3*. En jugeant par les photos, il est évident que le problème ne date pas d'hier. Pourtant, il ne serait pas compliqué de retourner les lits une à deux fois par semaine pour vérifié la présence.

Cet hôtel est presque neuf, d’acces facile, en zone commerciale proche de la RN 12 et de restaurants et, surtout il n’est pas cher. Mais il ne mérite pas ses trois étoiles : personne à la réception après 21 heures, chambre petite et peu équipée (pas de vraie chaise ni de table bureau, rangements legers, pas de petit en cas d’arrivee par exemple) et la salle d’eau est minuscule… Les espaces communs sont agréables, larges et bien conçus, le petit déjeuner est très quelconque…

On a bien accueilli, chambre impeccable, salle de bain très propre,calme,il y a restaurant pas loin. Dommage il n'y a pas de de téléphone dans le chambre, si on a besoin qlq chose il faut descendre à la réception.
