Well in general.
However, the shower apple that turns to swallow the wall when put in its socket is a little disturbing.
But there is worse, even unacceptable.
It's the breakfast price, € 10.95, so € 11 to five cents near.
It's absolutely not worth them, there's nothing more than in another B'nB, see me rather.
I've seen B'nBs with more products for cheaper.
In a logi in France, the average price of a breakfast is €12 With a bunch of quality products.
B'nB should revise downwards its exorbitant breakfast prices for the products offered.
In addition, breakfast service is not extraordinary in the product design.
There was only a piece of white bread at my arrival, and a little bread at cereals, I couldn't make more than two small white bread tarts it was not delivered all over the breakfast.

Everything went well, great starter and dessert. The only downside that my girlfriend and I encountered was the time between meals, they were a little too short, we didn't have time to digest but otherwise everything was fine. The suggestion of the month for all meals was innovative and super well done 👍

Excellent
We found this Ibis as a result of having to cancel a booking nearby property because the original hotel was of a very poor standard. When we arrived we were greeted by the charming and efficient receptionist, Fanny, who could not have been more helpful. The car parking arrangements are well organised, the general appearance of the hotel is smart and efficient. Our room was simple but very well presented. Breakfast in the morning was generous. We would consider using Ibis hotels in the future as a result of this pleasant stay.

We had an outstanding suitte the size of a small apartment. Included entry way with large bath and separate toilet, separate bathtub and shower, double sink. The bedroom area had 2 sofas, a desk with chair, and two easy chairs. Very comfortable and unique decor. Breakfast room/brasserie is lovely, under a skylight. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with many choices of eggs, cereals, yogurt, several breads, bacon, etc.. Very comfortable bed with top quality linens and pillows. Good elevator. We didn't use the main restaurant as it was closed the days we were there (Sunday and Monday), but there are a number of restaurants in Chartres and the hotel brasserie was open.. Hotel is in a 17C mansion, so if you are expecting a generic hotel experience, this isn't it, although the room and hotel are fully modernized (including A/C, not needed during our visit. Location of hotel is optimall for visiting the cathedral and walking around the charming old city with little shops, bars restaurants.

Room: the queen bed was more like a king. Had a love seat sofa that is a pull out. Full length mirror, hair dryer not attached to wall, only liquid soap at sink & shower(for toiletries ). Air con was great!!(on sept 12!!) Parking: 8€/24hr & it is “in & out”! Attached to the back of the property off of the back patio with tables & chairs. Hotel: full bar with beer taps(was able to get a free huge glass of ice here!) breakfast room with tables & chairs, & lobby with sofa & tables & chairs(with scrabble, trivial pursuit , books,cards. So very nice common areas 24/7 & also a vending area with drink, snacks, toothpaste, etc. WiFi work well!

GGuest UserDans l'ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré quelques problèmes mais le personnel fut à l'écoute et la politique de l'hôtel commerçant. Le point négatif reste la vue que nous avions de notre chambre (aucune notre fenêtre donnée sur des murs). La literie est excellente et la taille de la chambre correcte, en revanche l'emplacement des WC peut poser problème selon la morphologie des clients. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour mais je m'attendais à mieux en terme de prestations pour un 4 étoiles

Perfect place for a cheap no frills stay on the way down through France. Massive Supermarket and plenty of restaurants right on the doorstep. Very helpful staff. Rooms could do with an update, but the location and convenience out ways the decor choice.

GGuest UserA night stop over booked on line for two rooms. No problems at all. Easy to find with secure parking behind the hotel (€10 for 24 hours) Comfortable rooms with all that is needed for one night though having your own kettle is an advantage. Comfortable bed and good shower with plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful with advice on local amenities. Only a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral and the centre of town. Restaurants tend to be expensive in the centre so we ate at the hotel. A good quality satisfying meal with good service. A good range of food for breakfast completed a great stay.

MMental0715We arrived after midnight but there was somebody available to check us in. They were very friendly & cheerful despite it being so late. The room was absolutely fine. It was clean & comfy & idea for an overnight stay. The bathroom & shower were clean & towels were adequate. Breakfast the next morning was fine with plenty of choice for the value. The hotel isn’t easy to find as others have mentioned in previous reviews, it’s worth doing a walk through on google maps beforehand so you can see how to access it through car parks of other businesses.

Only positive comments: good literature and the receptionist changed our room. The toilets have no glasses, the shower has no hot water, the shower is half closed, the television wires are pendling in guirland mode, one lamp in two does not work, The furniture is out of age and the colors of horrible walls.
