The staff at the reception made mistakes that the room cards could not be open when we returned room in the second of our 3-day stay. We needed to went to the reception to rectify the problem.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful location. However, a little far from the nearest grocery store.

Spacious room. Very clean and tidy. Good in general

I passed through Jiangmen Enping on a self-driving trip and wanted to find a better hot spring hotel. I finally booked this relatively new hotel. The hotel is very large and the rooms are large and gorgeous with a balcony. The lady at the front desk is polite and the Chinese restaurant is average. And delicious. Because I didn’t come here for the hot springs, but I went to take a dip. The hot springs are very special and have different national themes. It may be the off-season, and the hot springs are only 30% open, and the 30% hot spring pools don’t look very hygienic. Finally, it’s OK After a lap, I soaked for a few minutes and then left. Maybe it will be better in the peak season.

There are many hot spring pools, and they are very clean. There are not many people, and basically one pool per person. It is very quiet and peaceful, especially suitable for taking parents on a leisure vacation, or for parents and children, or couples to go out and play.

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean, newly decorated, spacious and bright. There are many hot spring pools to choose from, but there is no large hot spring pool. The service attitude is very good!

There is nothing wrong with the room facilities. Only the Thai Pavilion and the Finnish Pavilion were open. Many pools in the Thai Pavilion were empty and the water quality was very poor and dirty (see Figure 7). The Finnish Pavilion was much better, with water quality, environment, medicine pool, and temperature all ok. The breakfast was not very good.

Our family celebrated the Spring Festival. We checked in on New Year's Eve and left on the second day. We were on a self-guided vacation. Hengda Hot Spring Hotel has an elegant environment, magnificent architecture, neat rooms, and clean and sanitary conditions. You can soak in the hot springs without restrictions. The hot spring water is clear and transparent. However, only two of the five hot spring pavilions are open: the Thai Pavilion and the Turkish Pavilion, which is a bit of a blemish. Both dining rooms are very good. The waiters are also polite and considerate.

The hotel is good. The surrounding environment is also OK. The hot spring pool is enough.

The room is big enough and the price/performance ratio is super high. And you can enjoy the hot springs and rides as you like, which is a favorite of children. I will come again in the future, after the Spring Festival.

The breakfast is very simple, and the child needs to pay an extra 49 yuan. The environment is shabby, and the navigation can only lead to the back door, which is closed and cannot be entered.

The room is spacious and clean; there are few people taking hot spring baths in the hot spring town, but there are many hot spring pools; it is cost-effective.

The room is very big, the bed is very comfortable and clean, the TV is big and clear, all the facilities in the room are well maintained and impeccable, which makes people feel comfortable. There is only one hot spring hall, but each small pool is enough for people to relax after a day of fatigue. The water in the swimming pool is constant temperature, which is great. There are very few hot spring outdoor swimming pools with constant temperature. It is so healing and worth going again!

The Evergrande Hotel has a beautiful and comfortable environment, complete facilities, clean and tidy environment, and a good breakfast.
