選這間酒店有點跌坑了😅可能是我入住別墅房其差的一次！原本攜程提示我有提前入住資格，卻被服務生姐姐勸退，出於理解酒店節日人多，我們三點半後才入住酒店！但擔心服務，已入住前温馨提醒提示酒店方提前準備好！入住時，大跌眼鏡！酒店配套的三樣服務。簡直無一樣令人滿意！麻將要求調整沒有處理，卡拉OK唱機使用不了不斷提示“要充值”，且麥克風完全沒了電。所有問題沒有解決，現場服務男生便説遲些再解決，他先去接迎其他客户（此時已接近下午五點），甚至於房間設備註意事項和如何使用温泉水均未告知，便匆匆離去。難道我們不是需要服務的客户，房間密碼也不告知、別墅無一瓶礦泉水提供、池水也説衹提供一池（後來打電話投訴這不合理，説是優惠給多一池我們）更有搞笑的是零晨十二點，房間電源一股燒焦的味道😕當然酒店方已全力補救各項錯落的問題，但我依舊超級不推薦這家！
另及，有個靚女服務態度還是可以，但無論是房間設備、衞生、便利性、總體服務都是極差的體驗！

小區環境很好。很安靜，房間很新很乾凈明亮，衞生間也很乾凈沒有異味，床墊有點硬，睡得不太習慣。第一次給我們開的房間是沒有打掃的，不過馬上就幫我換了新的房間，小哥速度很快，也很熱情。

选这间溫泉別墅無敵垃圾談不上五星，廁所有一股臭味，溫泉只能浸一次，根本不是真真正正溫泉別墅，清潔阿姨搞完清潔地面濕的完全沒有抹乾，直至到夜晚11點地面都係濕的，這樣老人家同小朋友好容易跌親，這個價錢這種服務條件真係令人擔憂，萬一小朋友老人家跌親有意外邊個負責？卡拉OK唱机使用不了不断提示“要充值"，且麦克风完全没了电。别墅連一支礦泉水都沒有提供，牙刷洗梳用品都沒有，池水也说只提供一池。毛巾顯得好殘舊，廁所板有尿漬點樣樣抹得佢唔走好恐怖！甚至連燒烤用品都沒有！周邊沒有任何商店甚至連外賣都叫唔到與世隔絕Wi-Fi都係用唔網絡超級差。次體驗好差！

麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。
設施比較新，建議泡池處的地面改為鋪防滑磚，那個石米地面真心建議不要用，燒烤後容易積累油漬、食物殘渣，不易清理日久易發臭，門口的癢芋頭改為其它的植物，因為破損後小孩觸碰了不安全，泡池邊角太鋒利，建議打磨成圓角。

訂單界面顯示有雙床房，抵達告知沒有，排了同等價位大床房。應該給到用户提前告知和選擇權，紕漏了也不願意做出補償和歉意。其他不錯的，環境好，房間佈局也挺不錯。
