Hotel is close to the beach and freeway. Room has fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Very simple but functional.

When I first got there I received room 221 I believe. I had to leave there because the bathroom tub evidently wasn't cleaned. So then I was moved to room 212. It was a little cleaner but the T.V. kept powering off. So i took the plug out to reset it and it will work. There must be a short with the plug. Lastly, the refrigerator didn't stay cool enough to keep the drinks cold. The picture for the hotel and location doesn't reflect where the hotel is. The picture makes the hotel look like it's actually on the beach. When we got there I was like wheres is the beach?

The breakfast is a pack per person, which contains two snacks and a box of juice, which is better than nothing. The facilities are relatively old, but very clean, quiet, and cost-effective.

It's centrally located, the room is clean and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable even if the room is a bit small. Service is nice. Parking spaces are sufficient. There is also a small, sweet breakfast package to go.

Location and neighborhood is good. However, the property is minimally maintained. Room was small, sofa bed was very lumpy, shower took forever to drain and bathroom exhaust did not work. Breakfast was nothing as advertised in online picture, it comprised of a brown bag with water bottle, granola bar and a danish - both edible items were old.

Staff is amazing!!! The place needs a good update! The room was always hot and muggy at entry even when it was 50 degrees outside. Condensation on the walls. Room smelled funky, mold on the bathroom walls. Paint was chipped and peeling. The breakfast that was pictured on the album was not the breakfast that was there the weekend my family stayed. It was a small pastry, granola bar and small juice in a brown paper bag. Staircases smell like urine. Parking was very compact and rare.

Completely horrible. Just because some people have a lower budget means we have to stay in a filthy place filled with roaches and leaky faucets that run all night very loud? Completely disgusting. Everything was filthy or broken. All of the pictures they have online or on their websites are not how they really look.

There were bugs in the bathroom The shower needs a lot of work couldn’t shut it off the carpet was wet Should not have carpet it is 2024 Hair in the sheet would not stay there again

It was ok for our impromptu visit to Encinitas, however the 2nd night was bit unsettling, with a drunk guy knocking on our door in the middle of the night 3 different times, I would suggest night Security at best.

Looked very old inside the room. Toilet was broken and bed felt hard. Wouldn't recommend staying here

The photos are deceiving. The decor is tired and could use updating. I was there for two nights and the room was not serviced or cleaned after the first night. The grab and go breakfast was coffee and a stale refrigerated pastry that was not edible. There is a fee to use the safe in the room.

Nothing,good about this property, noisy loud , doorslammj g upstairs door stomping just rude poeple period.. this place needs a major remodel or just ducking demo the whole thing and start over. had cockroaches in our room we found out on our third night !
