Centrally located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood, this home is close to all the amenities you could possibly need! The space This spacious 2100sq ft, non-smoking home has a lovely, open plan downstairs that features two living rooms. The first has a cozy seating area, the perfect place to relax and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or play a board game. The second beautifully decorated lounge space hosts a gas fireplace, and is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. This room opens up to a dining area with a table with seating for 4. The stunning, modern kitchen has a large island with bar seating for 4, stainless steel Bosch appliance's, electric stove top, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, tea kettle, and toaster oven. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need during your stay, including tea, coffee, cooking oils and spices. Flat screen TV's in the living room and primary bedroom have access to Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus as well as all the standard cable channels. Folding glass doors can be completely opened up from the kitchen to a peaceful outdoor oasis that you may not want to leave! This relaxing outdoor living space features a beautiful swimming pool that can be heated in the cooler months, a jacuzzi, a shaded lounge seating area, two sun loungers and a large dining table with seating for 8. There is a fantastic outdoor kitchen with a top of the range grill, a built in drinks fridge and a bar with seating for 4. There are lots of pool toys to enjoy, plus outdoor games such as axe throwing, giant Jenga, giant Dominoes and badminton. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, the primary has a Cal king bed and an en-suite bathroom, with a double vanity and large rainfall shower. This room also features a private balcony overlooking the pool area, a great place to catch the sunset or enjoy your morning coffee. The other three bedrooms all share a bathroom with a bath tub and shower combo and a double vanity. There are two queen beds and one full bed. One of the bedrooms is set up with a desk and chair offering a dedicated workspace. Guest access This family home is a part-time rental, some of the owners personal belongings will be in the home. The primary closet and one of the other bedroom closets will be locked, but there will be a rail for clothing. The garage will also be locked and not accessible. The sauna is currently not available for guest use. There are two parking spaces available on the driveway for guests, no street parking please. Other things to note Pool heating fee - $100 a day, please request at least 48 hours prior to arrival. No parties, and please no noise outside after 10.00pm. We don't want to lose our permit, or upset our neighbors. We are a pet friendly home and welcome your furry friends.
