Good points: very clean hotel, very well located because eccentric higher in the mountains, simple breakfast and little variety but very bad damage the cook not gracious or pleasant, Negative points: no parking space in front of the hotel After 8 pm forced to park on a parking lot down the village and all back on foot! Very noisy hotel impossible to sleep in the morning after 6 pm when we chose it for altitude and calm! In short what saves it is the beautiful ballad quad with a staff member very serious competent and nice that made us discover a beautiful environment thanks to him!

The hotel is the last hotel before reaching the rivers of the Ordino-Arcalis ski station. The rooms are not very large, but are more than enough for a couple to stay comfortable, have safe box and WiFi access to the Internet with a good signal and stable. The rooms are all clean and clean. The dinner room serves a more than correct and even abundant menu, which sometimes strikes those who are unusual to dinner with a strong habit. The breakfast buffet is more than right and perfectly maintained at all times. The spa is also available with massages, more than recommendable, to relax stress. The first is the parking in front of the hotel, which when the hotel is full sometimes can be complicated to leave the car at night. We had a weeks skiing in the second week of Jan 2023. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the rooms were clean and spacious vs what we had experienced in other ski resorts. The restaurant food selection is buffet style breakfast and evening meal and the food was amazing, with variety to satisfy everyone's needs, from cold food to hot and salads to roasts. Overall excellent holiday, topped off with some good live entertainment in the bar on an evening. :)

Comfortable spa hotel. Private garage parking under the hotel for a fee. Concierge can park your vehicle for you. We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years and love it. Great rooms with toiletries including toothbrush kit, shaving kit etc. Lovely shower gel and lotions also. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants located directly outside the hotel. Large buffet breakfast. Recommended.

Because the hotel I know you for many years and they received me as a customer I've been, they gave us The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. You are a bad fall. The room they gave us was not out hot water and the separate breakfast was for me very expensive 18 e. So I chose to go down one day. I said they were 9 and it wasn't the way. The hotel is very good, but we took time not to go, but I think we'll stop going again, because intermediaries are inefficient, and they'll see who they're picking up to the tontin

Went to Andorra for a school skiing trip. The hotel was more than fine for a school trip, however, most people we met were racist towards my black, Indian and Pakistani friends. The locals shouted the n-word and the p-word most times we went into the town, and on the gondolas going to the ski resort, the workers there targeted my group and wouldn’t let us on the gondolas and gave us an extremely hard time. They tried to find any reason to kick us out and they even tried to have a few of us arrested! On our last night, we had local kids throwing rocks at our windows and threatening to come to our rooms. They had access to the hotel because they were allowed to use the games room on the bottom floor. We had to call the police and they couldn’t do much about it apart from take their ID’s.

Wow this hotel exceeded our expectations! We booked for a skiing holiday and weren’t disappointed. The hotel is lovely and clean, we really appreciated use of the spa after a hard day’s skiing. However we would have preferred the jacuzzi being hotter - the water was lukewarm which meant we got cold quite quickly and couldn’t sit in there for long. The food was phenomenal - such an extensive range including the biggest salad bar I’ve ever seen in a hotel! Super healthy options and they catered well for gluten-free diners. The fresh honeycomb was a highlight! We rented skis, boots, helmets directly from the hotel which was great as we could store it there each day in their locker room. The Irish pub was fun and the decor was super cool. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Thank you especially to Emilio (who was really lovely sorting us with our ski rental) and Micaela who answered all our many emails!! The shuttle bus to and from the cable car was super useful. NB it’s €10 for an hour in the spa but if you book a superior room the spa price is included. You have to wear a swim cap and flip flops.
