Amazing hotel in the very center of Andorra oa Vella. Close to Caldea and has two exits on pedastrian street and main road. Beatiful amenities, bath and douche, great view. By the way, pet friendly.

I stayed in Room 333 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was dirty, and the curtains were heavily stained and looked disgusting. The overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards.
Because of this, I decided to leave the hotel a day earlier than my planned checkout. What was even more disappointing was that no one at reception asked about my stay or why I was leaving early.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping and guest service standards.

The hotel is rather old, the walls are dirty. Sauna and swimming pool for additional charge. If you are booking a room with balcony on the floor 2-5 with Mountain View, you can easily get a room with the parking view in the 1st floor. Hotel parking is for additional charge and fits only for small cars and fully booked most of the time. The location is great! Very near to many shops, restaurants.

Of all the accommodations I stayed in while traveling to Spain and Andorra, the cleanliness was the worst. There was a lot of dust that was visible even from 2 to 3 meters away, which made me feel uncomfortable and cause me to cough.
It rained heavily the day I arrived, so I needed help with parking, but I couldn't get any guidance. The parking facilities provided by the hotel were insufficient, and I spent about 2 hours looking for a parking spot to charge my electric car. In this situation, instead of apologizing, the employee gave me a lesson, saying it was the same no matter where I went in the world. The employee was excited and I had to calm him down. I don't think he would have behaved this way if I were white, older, and decked out in luxury goods. The hotel's location was close to the spa and was easily accessible, and although the facilities were old, they were well maintained.
