Food was awful so all inclusive was not worth the price, 3 small glasses of wine or beer allowed with lunch and dinner, people would be better off going somewhere else. Another problem was the hotel shut off the pool with the bar and the other one didn't have one

Just back from this hotel as a last-minute solo trip. As cleanliness goes, my room itself was clean but outside my balcony (I was on 1st floor) was being used as an ashtray by fellow young (mostly male) guests. I am almost 65 and I was allocated a room in the middle of what felt like an 18 to 30's party! The noise from outside went on til 2am most nights so sleep was not good. The good points: the food was okay with plenty of choices but was not always hot, even at opening time. The soup tureen had no lid so soup sometimes just luke warm. Soft drinks available from vending machines but if you wanted your allocated max 3 small glasses of eine or beer per meal you had to wait to be served it. They take your room No. and mark it off on their sheet. Alcohol any other times has to be paid for so more like full board with a complimentary beer or wine at lunch and dinner! Great location just a 5 min walk to beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. The supermarket opposite hotel is good value so get your water/drinks there as three times the price down by beach. The pools on 1st and 10th floors are very small and only 1st floor pool has a bar.

This was a wonderful stay our room cleaned every single day. Good deal for the money. The restaurant was working the staff were kind and always trying to help. The furniture and the bathroom was not exactly the best but yeah, the stay was great!

I had a comfortable stay here .the staff are helpful and friendly. I went out of season but it was relaxing.i always found something I could eat as a fussy eater.my room was cleaned daily and hotel was clean.it was a couple of minute walk to beachfront and shops.top pool that was open was very cold being out of season bit a sun trap.i loved my stay here but wouldn't return as all inclusive due to the law on the drinking. I dont like wine or beer so I spent so much more money.

The biggest thing for me was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, never known this before The room was spacious and clean with good air conditioning. Maid service every day. One of the pools was closed and no evening entertainment due to being out of season. Only one bar which could mean queuing as only one barman. The meals were ok with a good variation each day. Local rules restrict the availability of alcoholic drinks within the all inclusive tariff While I was there only one of the lifts went to the rooftop pool/sun deck. 2 minutes from the sea front and beach.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2024. We thought the hotel was in a convenient location with a short walk to the beach. The hotel itself was very modern with a bar and entertainment room. The food here was excellent and they catered for everyone extremely well. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. Well done to all concerned
