"Hygienic: clean and tidy, good service attitude."

"The advantage is that it is cheap. There are not many hotels within 1k in Palma. The hygiene is not good. There are small flying insects in the bathroom. I dare not cover the hotel quilt because other people's hair is found in it. The air conditioning in the room is not very good but it is enough. It seems that there are more black people in the area. Just a few steps away is a small beach and quite close to the airport."

"Didn’t go for the food package so would have been nice to have some sort of tea and coffee making facilities and possibly a small fridge already in the room. I did notice a poster at reception for a fridge with €40. Not sure if this is a deposit or a charge. Location is good with access to both EMT and TIB busses, EMT is cash only and TIB allows you to tap on and off with a regular bank card. Prepare for your bathroom to become a slippy wet room, as the cleaners never replace wet towels or floor mats. The shower quickly overflows. Also to fit on the toilet the right way you’d have to be 4”2 so you have to sit on it sideways as the wall is right in front of it."

"The hotel is very clean and well located near the beach service reception super and very educated jete and clean and complete room ssla of twin very complex .market and restaurant very close to hotel , beautiful view from hotel."

"Breakfast was very varied, fresh and delicious. There was even salmon on Sundays. The rooms were also clean and tidy. The towels were even changed, although you didn't ask them to (by putting them on the floor), which they also indicate on a sign on the table (for the sake of the environment). The location to Ballermann is of course not so good, it's a long walk and the hotel is ”uphill”. What really bothered us about the ”service” was that the security simply came into the room in the middle of the day. We were in the bathroom, lightly dressed, and he was walking around the room with the door wide open and then we looked and asked him to come out and pushed the door shut, he refused and held it with a lot of force. We weren't given a reason why he was in there. We complained to reception but they just accepted it and wanted to make a note of it. They didn't even meet your needs or anything. A really cheeky move. 😐 Otherwise you can't complain. There is always a lifeguard at the pool and it is also a nice pool area."

"The hotel makes a good impression in the entrance area. The rooms themselves are sticky, dress doesn't go, bathroom very old, everything is almost falling. hangs broken.. Breakfast very lean ...."

"Is seemed to be a good value for money. You have general cleanliness, relative closeness to the beach, decent selection of food, nice personnel. Fantastic view from the rooftop bar. The way from the beach back to the hotel is upwards with a staircase involved, so might not suit everyone. The food is tasty, the amount of alcohol allowed (3 glasses of wine or beer at lunch and dinner) is enough. Would recommend this hotel."

"Hotel location is good, clean and tidy, go to the beach for five minutes, go to the airport for about 15 minutes by car, there is bus, breakfast 8:00, I have to catch the plane, go at 7:00, there are, there are fewer varieties, there are swimming pools , the environment is very good, nice hotel!"
