The hotel is nice ans well located. Lots of families w small children. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Max, at the front desk, was so helpful with several things. He went of his way to assist with things we needed. Also, I accidentally left my Kindle in the room and was already at the bus station. Someone from the hotel brought it to me before I left. Way above and beyond honest and helpful.

Very friendly hotel, clean, at the center of the town, rich and tasteful meals, polite and helpful staff. Iwas really surprised because my very old impression, for some reason, underestimated this hotel. Close bus stations, nice sweeming pool, well equipped gym.

The hotel is wonderful, clean. The location is great, close to the promenade and to the many shops and restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and the food is great!!! Dinner is so tasty with a variety of food, suitable for everyone, children, adults, vegetarian.

Initially, need to mention the wonderful breakfast, the best we had in years, when it comes to variety and quality of food – unbelievable; need to say that they were opened at 7:20 (10 minutes before the official opening) The room was lovely, nice equipped with a nice view all over Eilat and the bay. Bus stop at the hotel entrance to the airport, Egypt’s boarder and central bus station

Sometimes the difference between a good experience and an outstanding experience is a person. That person for us is Issam Habash, one of the managers of Dan Panorama. We were having difficulty lining up a way to visit Petra and were about to give up. Issam was meeting and greeting guests and ask us about our trip. After telling him of our difficulties, he told us not to worry, but give him a couple of hours to see what he could do. WOW! He was able to arrange a fantastic trip to Petra, with only one day's notice. He even came in on his own time to make sure we got across the border with no problems; had a driver and tour guide waiting for us on the Jordanian side; and checked in on us a couple of times during the day to ensure everything was going smoothly. Many hotels compete with each other on facilities, amenities, and location....Dan Panorama is excellent in these areas as well. But the real competitive advantage is having caring, committed staff, especially in management, and Issam embodies all the best qualities that impress guests and make hotels extremely successful.

Great hotel - facilities in good condition, well maintained, kind and friendly hotel staff, smooth check in and check out and many free perks: constant refreshments, free ice lollies at the poolside and more. The room was good too, cleaned and tidied daily.
