The hotel is nice ans well located. Lots of families w small children. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Max, at the front desk, was so helpful with several things. He went of his way to assist with things we needed. Also, I accidentally left my Kindle in the room and was already at the bus station. Someone from the hotel brought it to me before I left. Way above and beyond honest and helpful.

Very friendly hotel, clean, at the center of the town, rich and tasteful meals, polite and helpful staff. Iwas really surprised because my very old impression, for some reason, underestimated this hotel. Close bus stations, nice sweeming pool, well equipped gym.

The hotel is wonderful, clean. The location is great, close to the promenade and to the many shops and restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and the food is great!!! Dinner is so tasty with a variety of food, suitable for everyone, children, adults, vegetarian.

One of the best hotels in Eilat! Great location - a minute walk to beach and to the promenade center. Rooms are clean and well equipped, with nice balcony. Food was extraordinary with large variety of dishes, both in breakfast and dinner. Outdoor swimming pool is warm and fun. There is a playground for kids and playing room with PS. Good service and great value for money.

Hello. We are here on a gluten-free vacation. And since our daughter is also sensitive to milk, we met 2 people who made our daughter's day. Danny (the operational chef) who stepped into her shoes, asked her what she wanted and went above and beyond so that she would not feel different at breakfast (the child praised him for making her a delicious meal (as a well-meaning mother said, but Danny's is tastier). And it continued with her standing in line for barista Olga Bernstein, asking for a chocolate without milk and gluten, she didn't have it in the place, while she was in line she made sure that they brought my daughter what she asked for, and more. My girl flew at breakfast from the attitude

Well as frequent traveler I am visiting four times each year and two times at Dan panorama due their nice attitude to help their customers as much they can. The price is fair, and their location is close to all Eilat Malls. If you need a help easily call miss Shahaf Edri, she will meet you whit a big smile and solve you each problem .

Very good service from security team member Valentine In general - very nice service and conditions in the hotel. Will be glad to stay here again on my next vacation in Eilat. Hopefully, the service will be kept on the me high level Thank you so much and have an amazing week
