Any relation between a 5-star hotel and this hotel is a mistake. Just book a cheaper hotel; you will receive the same service and level of maintenance. We will never return; the service was poor and offensive. Oh, and you will need to pay 28 ILS per day because the hotel has no free parking.

VERY awful service
Too many things I have to complain. Very bad check-in experience because I waited for half a hour and was almost charged twice. I paid online beforehand while the receptionist required me to pay again, not believing in the bank records which I showed to him. After realizing it was a huge unprofessional mistake, the receptionist and the manager even did not give me an apology. The room is spacious but I can’t believe such an expensive hotel does not provide bottle water at all and there is no coffee machine. The towel is not clean and the fridge is empty so it is confusing why I was required to have 200 shekels deposit —- there is nothing in the room a guest can take away. By the way, the other two friends of mine were not asked to have deposit during check-in. The hotel has a wonderful location and equipment but with very AWFUL and double standard service!!!

They put us in a room in a section that was under maintenance construction and the noise was horrible. We continuously asked the representatives at the reception to put a stop to this, but all in complete vain. Horrible experience. Think twice before you book with this hotel

The pool and dinner at the hotel are really nice. Aviv the receptionist disrespects the guests, screwed up all our dinner plans, made promises and didn't keep them, if you have the option go to other representatives and avoid her do that! The rooms are clean but very outdated, the bed is relatively comfortable.

מיקום המלון מצוין קרוב לקניון לטיילת , מסעדות וסופר מרקט. בריכה גדולה יפה נעימה ונקייה. האוכל מצוין עם המון מבחר ואפשרויות יש ירידה לחוף ים מהמלון היינו בחופשה משפחתית זוג+ 3 בסוויטה רויאל עם ג'קוזי עם נוף מדהים לים The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the promenade mall, restaurants and a supermarket. A large, beautiful, pleasant and clean pool. The food is excellent with lots of choice and options. There is a walk down to the beach from the hotel. We were on a family vacation, a couple + 3 in a Royal Suite with a Jacuzzi with an amazing view of the sea.

The best in Eilat, large and comfortable rooms, excellent service direct access to the red sea, and snorkeling. The refurbished rooms are very good. The hotel is just across the Mall and the Eilat boardwalk. Who could ask for more…. We will be there again, for sure!
