Nice hotel, like the size of the rooms with mini kitchen and would like to give a higher rating but it has flaws. Its a bit dated and banged up, pool but NO hot tub, smoke alarm outdated (supposed to be replaced March of 2024 but still not done in September) fire hazard. Breakfast was good the first day but the next day mini omelets and beans (who eats beans for breakfast). Sleep was good, just needs a bit of TLC.

Most of the hotel and the room was very nice. However, the couch in our room was utterly disgusting. It was visibly dirty and falling apart. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on it. It seriously looked like somebody picked up a couch in the street that somebody had thrown out and put it in our hotel room. I was scared to go near it. There were also handprints on our headboard from where previous guests had clearly been... you know.

Great staff, clean welcoming lobby, amazing breakfast! Large exercise room, laundry machines for guests complimentary of the hotel! Booking had a confusion, between front desk and my wife, they were on the phones and within 15 minutes it was resolved! Very family & pet friendly, rooms have walk in showers great for handicap accessibility! There are some with tubs, request upon booking. Beautiful outdoor seating space, near by stores and restaurants!

not a good place for a business person to visit due to the front desk and front office staff as they are too unhelpful , too nosy and too uninformed. We have never been in such an unfriendly unpleasant place where the staff at the front are hostile, not friendly more of an investigative type similar to what we have seen in the phillipines where there is not a lot of real satisfactory business and where people are more suspect. I think that they need more training and respect for people. not likely to stay there in the future. advise others who are doing business to go to the old Mayfair hotel, now the doubletree.

Fabulous breakfast, great staff. Only downside you have to go through the bedroom in a suite to reach the bathroom. Kitchen facilities in suite with large fridge. Outside area with bbq and seating. Did not use the pool but looked at it and was a little small.

Personable and friendly staff. Clean rooms. If i ever have a staybridge suit option during another vacation.. I would likely book again, due to the suite space and having a kitchen and area away from sleeping kids. Decent breakfast.. new items are rotated through. Nice and clean. Good value

Room was very spacious and bed was ok a little hard for me (but to each there own) pillows were flat. Clean and quiet and staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good lots to choose from and changed from day to day. Would definatly stay here again

Good location . Just minutes away from West Edmonton Mall.. yummy complimentary breakfast; lots to choose : coffee, 4 different juices, fountain pop, waffles, eggs, omelets, bacon , sausage, hashbrowns , oatmeal, fruit, yogurt with fruit , cereal & milk, muffins Nice , clean rooms. have everything you need ; nice kitchenette extra pillows , blankets , sofa has a pullout bed . The bathroom has Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner , body wash & lotion I enjoy staying in this hotel There's an I hop , Tim Hortons and gas convenience store in walking distance
