The hotel is very clean, the service is warm and thoughtful, next door is the home restaurant, driving to the west mall is very close, very convenient.

Hotel was nice, guy at the front desk during check in was a little bit rude but I think he was just having a rough night. Overall good stay though.

It has been a few years since I last stayed at this hotel. I was greeted at reception by Chris who was very friendly and efficient. Chris is a great ambassador for the hotel and makes you feel welcome. He thanked me for choosing the hotel and being a Titanium Bonvoy member. I did receive the expected amenities for my stay. Parking is very easy with the West parkade adjoining the hotel. I chose this hotel due to a meeting close by and then a second night being close to enjoy an Oilers game at Rogers Place. I enjoyed breakfast at District 102 Restaurant which is part of the hotel on 3rd floor (separate review). I was upgraded to a very nice suite which overlooks the City Centre Mall. Beds are very comfortable, work area is very good and chairs are very welcoming. Room and bathroom were very clean. Housekeeping staff are also very friendly and greeted me in the mornings (stayed two nights). This hotel is ideal for venues in the downtown area. Access is easy and a very welcoming and inviting staff. I look forward to returning soon.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel appears run down from an exterior view. The exterior looks like the Disney ride Tower of Terror. Once inside the lobby has a tiny tv and only 4 chairs. The elevator and rooms are outdated and in need of renovations. Bed was lumpy, sofa old and weathered. Air conditioner unit in bedroom had a large gap to the outside and I could move the unit in and out of the wall. Staff was amazing as well as housekeeping. Not at all up to Sheraton standards.

Ctrip.com commented that the hotel was ”poor” and booked the hotel with anxiety. - Because the hotel is in the city center - the subway is convenient for transportation - it is very convenient to go to the ”H” Italian restaurant - there is an airport to the hotel bus, so I know the bad reviews too. Booked. However, the beautiful airport hotel bus is sent to the hotel door for 18 yuan one-way - the front desk reception is a handsome Chinese guy, speaks Mandarin. The hotel is warm and welcoming. The swimming pool gym is on the top floor of the 27th floor - the scenery is very good and the room is upgraded to the 20th floor. After that, I also booked a Greyhound bus ticket to Calgary for me. It is worth a big compliment. This hotel is a five-star hotel on Ctrip.com, but it is a four-star hotel on Google Maps. Positives: The room is spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. There was a kitchenette available though we didnt use it. Negatives: The hotel is located in a plaza which includes shops and stores. The breakfast was very basic and consisted of white and brown breads, english muffins, 3 variety of sugary cereals, hard boiled eggs which were in a fridge, coffee, tea, apple juice, orange juice, butter, honey, orange marmalade, strawberry jam and fruit yogurt. The hotel had a commotion during one breakfast morning. It could have been a domestic dispute or between two hotel guests however it was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Police came to handle this.

Hotel has a great positive athmosphere from the lobby to the rooms. Maria at the Front Desk is a Superstar!!! Sherene and Meagan too both hospitable and professional. Lots of kids in the pool, I heard there was a national volleyball tournament in the area. I will definitely come back!!! - MJLC

The room belongs to the suite, the hotel does not have breakfast, but there is a restaurant and bar next to the hotel, it is very convenient.

Good location . Just minutes away from West Edmonton Mall.. yummy complimentary breakfast; lots to choose : coffee, 4 different juices, fountain pop, waffles, eggs, omelets, bacon , sausage, hashbrowns , oatmeal, fruit, yogurt with fruit , cereal & milk, muffins Nice , clean rooms. have everything you need ; nice kitchenette extra pillows , blankets , sofa has a pullout bed . The bathroom has Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner , body wash & lotion I enjoy staying in this hotel There's an I hop , Tim Hortons and gas convenience store in walking distance
