The whole experience was really disappointing. The heating was not working. This must have been known to members of staff, and a problem in other rooms in the same block, as we witnessed many guests complaining to the reception team. In addition to that, the room really smelt. To top it all off, we had to pay £27 (£4 discount for being a guest) for 24 hours' parking. To have to pay this amount at an outdoor car park in Edgware/Burnt Out is completely disgraceful.

I visited this hotel and can say it has satisfactory and good cleaning, good rooms for a night stay, and helpful employees that support customers with every request, close to Wembley Stadium for events by bus, and also has a restaurant for breakfast.

The room at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. Great stay with my family. The bed matress was very comfortable and we've had a good rest. Rooms were clean and the staff members were outstanding and always responding to our needs. Will return in the future.
