A very low greeting, I think by the owner, from the far, while I was calling at the reception, madam?? , I went to this gentleman, because I had no sense to go back to call. When I said we booked a room for the ash. night, he walked out to the reception without saying anything to me, looked what was in the computer, roamed in papers and then I got the key of our room. He asked if we wanted a breakfast, but we had already booked it. The question of whether we could eat in the restaurant was not very enthusiastic but ok... then. After taking our bag out of the car, he came to tell us where we could find the room. Room, very evening, hard mattress with many bulls in it, dust, muff and a lot of spinrag. At breakfast, it is not even possible to order a cappuccino, even not with additional payment. I would like to compliment the lady in the morning who served behind the bali, friendly, clean and hospitality, that we had missed all weekend. And I understand that it may be difficult in the horeca, but you ask a fair price, for the quality you offer, then a great dose of friendship and hospitality would make a lot of good for me.

We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Mooie grote hotelkamer met prachtige badkamer en heerlijk zitje. Goede bedden. Receptie bevindt zich op 100 meter van het hotel van de hotelkamers. Daar is ook 's ochtends het ontbijt. Het ontbijt was zeer goed. Prima Wifi en heel stil. Op 200 meter lopen bevindt zich het standje aan de Maasplassen en daar heeft het hotel ook een eigen beachclub. Hotel ligt op prachtige locatie. Vanuit hotel zijn de plassen overigens niet te zien. Hotel is beslist een enorme aanrader. Wij hebben er in ieder geval een heerlijk verblijf gehad, Minpunten: We waren er op een snikhete dag en de kamers waren wel heel warm. Geen airco. Het was veel te warm om buiten te zitten (geen schaduw). Parkeerplaats was vol toen wij aankwamen, niet met hotelgasten maar met strandgangers.

Lovely and special hotel in city centre (converted monastery) with friendly staff and very clean rooms! Prices are a bit high for overall experience, current charged tourist tax by hotel is way higher than it really is [charged 5,- pppn, it really is 2,35 pppn), hotel could try to put you in a comfort room when a superior room is booked. Parking is too expensive, 5 walking minutes out of the ccity centre you park for free (Sittard is a small town). Buffet breakfast is too expensive for what it actually is, The bathrooms are mostly open plan.

Otele giriş yaptığımızda 14.30 civarı idi, (check-inn 15.00), odalar henüz hazır değildi ki olabilir, bize bavullarımızı bırakmamız önerildi. Akşam 19.30 sıralarında otel döndüğümüzde bavulların olduğu odanın kapısının açılamadığını, görevli personele ve otel müdürüne ulaşamadıklarını öğrendik. İlaçlarımız dahil herşeyimiz kitliydi ve ne zaman açılacağı konusunda hiç kimsenin fikri yoktu. Yoğun ısrar hatta agresif bir yaklaşım ile sonunda gece 2.00 gibi kapı kırıldı ve bavullar geldi. Bu arada bize defalarca otel müdürünün pazartesi günü bize ulaşacağı söylendi, ki bu HİÇ OLMADI :(( Bitti mi, HAYIR, sonraki 2 gün oda temizlenmedi, sonunda gene defalarca söyleyerek odayı temizlettik. The reception is already the good start. The staff is mega friendly. The room or suite - class! Modern, large, fully equipped. All great. Also complete kitchen furnished is there. Good that we had the beds too soft ....is viewing matter. The drinks at the bar were amazingly good! The Gin Tonic wouldn't have got a bar better. Breakfast ....eh ....ja .... Youth hostel! This describes it fully. You get something. Cantineflair, cantine quality. Well, yes. The location of the hotel is top!
