Just back from a fantastic weekend in Eastbourne . We stayed in 17 Wilmington Square , a lovely hotel with a warm and welcoming feeling. Our room was great, clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was fresh and hot with great produce. Would recommend here to anyone

Our room (room 8) was gorgeous- spacious, with a sea view and lovely en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. A suite really. Janine and her son Ben and their team couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. It feels luxurious and opulent - more like a luxury hotel than a B&B and there’s a wealth of interesting wall art, books and ornaments. The breakfast was delicious too - juices yoghurts fresh fruit and cereals to start and a menu of cooked options as well as smoked salmon. Truly wonderful - we’ll be back!

We stayed for 2 nights. We received a warm welcome from Ben who was helpful, friendly and fun. We were told the bed and breakfast was family run and that’s just what it felt like. It was very clean, comfortable and well run with little extras like tissues in the room, shower gel and face cloths. The breakfast was absolutely lovely. Just couldn’t fault it. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back.

Lovely place to stay . Comfortable room and breakfast was more than adequate! Staff very friendly and cheerful. Parking vouchers for parking on road outside . Near to the beach , local restaurants and all the theatres Would definitely recommend and will be using this , when we next go to Eastbourne

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Attentive, but not overbearing, service. Large, tall ceilinged rooms. Lovely decor. A minute from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. GREAT breakfast. It ticked every box that I could think of- and even a couple that I hadn’t. Ten out of ten. A wonderful find.

We arrived before 11:00am but were allowed to leave our luggage and get a £2.20 parking voucher before heading off to the nearby tennis. Our room was no:12 on the top floor. The views from the room were of the rear and garages of other buildings which wasn’t great, but not an issue as we weren’t in the room much nor there for the view. The room was very clean and tidy with a good sizes bed, there were the usual facilities, tea/coffee, TV and bottles of water and a reasonable quality wifi. In the bathroom good quality towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. The breakfast was great, continental and/or a full English with nothing too much trouble. Speaking with the other guest many of them had been returning for many years during tennis week. We will certainly be back if in the area.

Best Bnb we have ever stayed in ! Fab location , parked right outside and car stayed there for the weekend. Staff are professional and so friendly. Rooms lovely clean and so many extra touches to make the stay perfect. Breakfast was exceptional. Couldn't recommend enough.
