We stayed at the Ventus Harbor hotel in Durres in January, a 4-star hotel, compared to the quality of the services it offers it does not deserve more than 2 stars. As soon as we arrived at the reception there was no one there, despite the presence being guaranteed 24 hours a day; but it was not a rare occasion because during the 3 days of stay the reception was often without operators. We were given a room which was small and the bathroom was flooded, the cleaning lady came to dry it but after 5 minutes it was flooded again. They changed our room but the situation hadn't changed. Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet but instead you had to constantly ask for food. These were 3 days to forget, the reservation included a spa with related services and instead there was none of this; the receptionist told us that an indoor pool was available at another property 100 meters away. Experience to forget.
