The room had everything we needed with a great view across the water. A superb breakfast, beautifully presented and Ken recommended the Lorne for our evening meal, which was excellent. Helpful advice about places to visit and routes. We could not have asked for more!

Lovely rooms, great food, very pleasant and helpful, Kens breakfast is the best by far, deffo recommend, and the view over the firth at sunrise is lovely

I could not praise this Guest house highly enough. Location Amazing. 4 mins from ferry, beautiful views across the water. 3 mins drive from town. Cleanliness Exceptional Facilities Nice lounge to relax in. On the promenade, Rooms Beautifully decorated. Tea and coffee supplied. Beautiful china cups. Water supplied. Plenty of space for clothing. Hairdryer. Television. Fabulous bedding & pillows. Bathrooms Pristine white towels. Face towels and toiletries supplied. Plenty of hot water and good pressurised showers Parking Available at front of house Host Kenneth cannot be any more helpful. Great knowledge of local area. His guest house is a credit to him. Will definetely be back Thanks Kenneth

We spent three nights here and what a great place it is. The host, Ken, is very helpful and friendly and gave us some great suggestions of places to visit and the best places to stop for coffee and lunch. The room was spotless with everything you need and breakfast was superb making for a great start to the day. My wife particularly enjoyed the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs

It is a couple of years since we have stayed at Douglas Park so we were looking forward to returning. We were not disappointed. We received a lovely welcome from Ken. The room was beautiful with a lovely sea view. Everywhere was spotless clean. We didn’t want for anything! The breakfast set us up well for the day.

Excellent in all respects. First class accommodation, superb breakfast, charming proprietor, lovely view over the firth. Difficult to imagine it being bettered.

We love staying at this beautiful guest house looked after by Ken ,(and Lewis) The breakfast is the best with such a varied menu to suit everyone and so well presented. The rooms are luxurious and the view from the property is outstanding Ken also is happy to share his expertise of the local area.

Don't miss staying here. The room was fantastic with a panoramic view of the Clyde. Ken (our host) is a real gem. Extremely helpful with everything. He even made an appointment for me to get a hair cut. Great location with may things to do in the immediate area. HIghest recommendation.
