GGuest UserStayed in Dunedin for one night and chose this motel which is relatively centrally located. It has free parking and plenty of parking spaces. The two bedrooms are small but fully functional, with one king-size bed and one twin bed. The living room is relatively large. The kitchen is at the entrance. Although there are kitchen utensils, the place is small and not very convenient. It does not allow for cooking with strong odors, so we made breakfast. The bathroom is very small, comparable to that in Japan, but the room is very clean and tidy. The landlord is very friendly and helps with luggage. There is no elevator in this hotel! You can walk to the Botanical Gardens and the University of Otago, and other attractions are only a few minutes drive away. Parking here is quite convenient, and the beach is about 15 minutes away by car.

RRaymond TCYLocated around the city centre, with a lot of restaurants and shops just outside the hotel. Free parking for staying guest, guest can also use their washing machine. Room is clean and big, with free wifi access.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location.
Just outside the door is the Dunedin Botanical Gardens/Ecological Park/Municipal Garden/Large Lawn. The roses and alpine vegetation inside are really spectacular.
A short walk along the way, there are various restaurants and a large supermarket (New World).
The famous ”World's Most Inclined Street” is not far from the hotel either. We walked back and forth.
Full facilities.
The room is large. The kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom are all independent.
Washing and drying are available.
The best thing is that the hotel provides Chinese services. The front desk lady is very nice.

GGuest UserExcellent hospitality! The motel has a good location, it is very clean and tidy. The host is so helpful and provides us with some attraction routes, which is more interesting than driving through the highway! And Rocky (Labrador) is soooo cute! We will definitely recommend this motel to our friends!

QQingyuanwusanguiThe map on Ctrip doesn't match the map on Huaban very well, the location is wrong, you need to search the name of the hotel directly to find it, this needs attention.
As for Dunedin, the location of the hotel is relatively inconvenient. You need to drive to anywhere. But the attractions we visited basically require a long drive, which doesn't matter. It's just an ordinary motel.

AAnonymous UserThe staff was very welcoming, the room was very comfortable, and it was very convenient to drive to attractions such as Danitin Railway Station. There is a green super near the accommodation, you can buy ingredients to burn yourself at night.

PPhilippa16This hotel is very handy to central Dunedin. The unit was warm when we used 2 lots of heating sources. It had everything we needed for our stay. Great little kitchenette. Bathroom was OK, no ventilation system to extract moisture, so just had to keep windows open. (A tad chilly)
My only minus was how much street noise and student noise we heard every night. Hard to get to sleep. However this is not a fault of the hotel.

Jjjx1102The location of this hotel is amazing! It is a very quiet and comfortable place at the corner of Bajiao Street. You can see the street from the small balcony of the window, but it is very quiet. There are various churches within a 10-minute walk, and there are many restaurants and shops on the road within 20 minutes of the train station. The key is that parking is very convenient and there are many parking spaces in the yard. highly recommended!
