Asure Adrian Motel

A very unique motel, but a bit dated.

A great option for self-driving tours, easy to find, and close to the city center, although Dunedin isn't very big. Service was good; the washing machine and dryer are chargeable. Overall, high marks.

1. The facilities are outdated. There's no separate washing machine and dryer, no range hood, and cooking with strong odors like fish is prohibited, requiring ventilation through windows. There's also no dishwasher, so hand-washing is mandatory. I've never encountered such poor facilities in any B&B or motel I've stayed in. 2. The room had an unpleasant odor. The price isn't cheap, so I wouldn't recommend it. 3. You have to ask for wifi at the front desk, and it wasn't readily available during check-in. When I tried to connect, it was already late and the front desk had closed. I stayed one night and left, but ultimately, I didn't connect. Overall, this was our least satisfying stay in New Zealand and I don't recommend it.

The view was nice. I could park right in front, so it was easy to bring my luggage back and forth. I wish I had come a little earlier and made it like a vacation. I came too late.

The staff were very welcoming, the room was very comfortable, and it was very convenient to drive to Dunedin train station and other attractions. There is a green supermarket near the accommodation. You can buy ingredients and cook them yourself in the evening.

交通很便利，在居民區，很安靜。車位充足。離海灘很近。離商業圈也很近，駕車五分鐘到綠超黃超。自駕過渡一晚是不錯的選擇。
