Top 5-Star Hotels in Dujiangyan

Checked in during the National Day holiday. When I first entered the lobby to check in, I was told to wait. The room was not cleaned up yet. I didn't get the room card until almost 16:00. There were many people waiting in the lobby. I took the shuttle bus to the room and saw a smell of stagnant air. The private bath was a large outdoor bathtub. The privacy was a bit poor and I didn't dare to use it at all. The bathroom floor was not very clean. The main thing was facing a wall, which was very depressing. I asked to change rooms. At first they said there were no more. Under strong requests, I changed to another one. It was much better, at least there was no smell, although the private bath pool was still not private enough, so I didn't dare to use it. It was cool at night, and the air conditioner was not turned on. It was a bit cold after taking a shower. The hair dryer was extremely difficult to use. I have never used it so difficult. Hotel advantages: The external environment is OK, and the air is full of osmanthus fragrance There are also many types of breakfast. The dinner buffet is also good and every dish is not bad.

Overall great service and good location. Rooms are a bit dated so we had to switch rooms once as the first one has mould. However, the staffs are friendly and the location is good. Shout out to the Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel. Food is top notch and we went twice over the stay . The complementary hot spring is also quite nice. Great selection of pools ( think around 8?). We went twice and the first time was quite crowded. The second time for some reason is empty so we enjoy the quiet time.

2 night stay at Six senses to visit the local area and Wolong Panda Reserve with my adult daughter. From the moment I made contact with the hotel the staff were amazing. The hotel arranged airport pick up (thank you Kevin) and from the moment we landed we were taken care of. Fresh fruit and tea served en route to the hotel and a smooth journey despite the snow. A big shout out to Kevin and Yuki for their helpfulness both before and during our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent. The rooms, the spa, the restaurant were all exceptional. Look forward to returning to stay here again. Thanks also to Melissa for ensuring our stay was amazing 🤩

Stayed 4 night at this hotel on Qing Cheng mountains. 5/5 Concierge was extremely helpful with tendering luggages which was very much needed as some rooms are located on second floor ( no elevator). An assistant was assigned to the room and she (Vicky) could be reached almost 24/7 through texting. I had a small accident in the room first night of my stay and she quickly helped with arranging a different room that was more suited to my needs. She also provided me with first aid etc plus always answer my questions promptly ＜3 Note: breakfast was until 11:30am Has one laundry + dryer machine for hotel guest( free of charge) detergent included Daily replenish water (3 bottles), fruit plate, tea, coffee sachet in the room Hotel rooms, restaurants, hot spring are not in the same structure, requires a short walk outdoor which is very common among hotels on qing cheng mount. Highly recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. Has all the local favorite dishes plus good oil was used. Reasonably priced. They offer free shuttle to train station Hanfu experience was a room with about 50 pieces of hanfu to choose from. For female about 20 -30 pieces, for male about 5 pieces, for kids about 5 pieces.

The hotel has a good environment and convenient location. The lobby is clean, tidy and bright. The front desk staff Xiao Wang and Xiao Li provide very good service. They also gave us a small gift as a souvenir when we checked out. It is a very good hotel and I recommend it to everyone.

The room is very big. Thanks for upgrading to a mountain view room. The hot spring is open until 12 o'clock, which is very user-friendly! It's so comfortable to soak in the hot spring after visiting the scenic spots. It's very close to the Dujiangyan Scenic Area and the ancient town. During the National Day holiday, there was traffic jam in the scenic area, so we walked there. The distance is also OK. The service is very thoughtful. There are free rings for the National Day event. Don't mention how happy it is to get the planet cup in the ring🤭

Room facilities: The room is spacious and bright, with a warm and comfortable decoration style. All kinds of facilities are available. Children's toiletries are prepared. There is no TV but a projection can be provided. Private hot spring: The balcony outside the room is equipped with an exclusive private hot spring pool, but the balcony is not private. There are few people outside at night, so there is no need to worry about being disturbed when taking a hot spring bath. Swimming pool: There is a swimming pool and three hot spring pools. The water temperature is moderate. It will not be overheated to cause physical discomfort, nor will it be too cold to affect the experience of taking a hot spring bath. You can soak in the hot spring pool comfortably for a long time to relax your body and mind. It's a pity that the swimming pool is not a constant temperature swimming pool. In this weather, the normal temperature water of 10 degrees zuoyq is definitely not suitable for swimming. Parent-child activities: There is a children's playground area, which is relatively small. When we went there, there were few people and we could play casually. At other times, we sunbathe on the lawn and play badminton. Breakfast: The breakfast is more attentive and tastes good. Although there are not many types, there are also Chinese and Western food. It is enough to have a satisfying breakfast. There are special bacon products available for purchase.  This parent-child private hot spring trip was very satisfying. The hotel's accommodation environment, hot spring experience, leisure activities and catering services all exceeded expectations, mainly because there were few people and it felt like we had booked everything.

This was a great place to spend a couple of days with my girlfriend. Clean room and hotel, helpful and attentive staff, and good amenities, including a 24hr coffee machine downstairs. Be aware that there is a distance to things; to get to Qingchengshan is a 40 minute walk so you'll probably want to get a taxi. The hot springs are about 500 meters away in the complex, but they do have a free shuttle to take you there at any time which is convenient. Your room key gets you access only once per night booked to the hot springs, which I think could be improved upon by giving unlimited. Dinner is also limited to the hotel at night, with nothing else really in walking distance. That being said, dinner was quite good (if pricey) and the included buffet breakfast was also great.

The hotel I chose on a whim was much better than expected. The room was very clean and I got a free upgrade to a family room. The room was large, newly decorated and beautiful, and all equipped with smart home appliances. The service was very thoughtful, and I felt embarrassed to take all kinds of free gifts and food. The hot spring pool was clean and the hot spring experience was much better than expected. I have stayed in many hotels in Qingcheng Mountain, and this one was better than a five-star hotel. Full marks, I will come again next time.

I drove here to ski after get off work on Friday. The hotel parking is very convenient and the service is very good. The service housekeeper Xiaoxiao is responsible and serious. She helped me call the maintenance staff to find the HDMI interface of the TV to connect my switch. When I got up in the morning, I could see the snow-capped mountains in western Sichuan from the large balcony. The free breakfast was of many types and good quality. It was a pity that I came too late and missed the hot spring. I will come again in the future.
