We had the most wonderful stay! A big thank you to the manager and all the staff for making us feel so welcome and so well taken care of. We traveled with our 4 year old and 5 month old and kindly got upgraded to the family suit which was kids heaven! My daughter spent a lot of time playing with the toys provided and enjoyed feeding the deer and fish. The dinner was excellent as well and we loved having our own hot spring! The staff were so kind and even held our baby so we could eat breakfast and dinner hands free! I couldn’t recommend this hotel more and can’t wait to come back!

管家任樂樂服務很周到，幾乎是隨時在線提供各種幫助，必須好評。賓館環境很漂亮，日式小花園，還養了兩衹小鹿。可以在前台拿花生喂小鹿。
房間隔音效果不好，靠着一條小路，晚上車開過都挺響的。温泉很舒服，但是外面大街上也能看到二樓陽台上的温泉，私隱性全無。
早餐堪稱災難，不懂酒店為什麼要搞這種半自助的形式。點餐的時候服務員忙不過來，然後點完餐還要等很久才會上餐。熱飲都是粉劑沖的，至少牛奶應該備鮮奶才像話吧。早餐的口味也非常一般。早餐毀了我們這幾天的住店體驗。我們有一天為了趕早出門，7點20就下樓點餐了，因為説7點半開餐，想着早些點好可以到點上餐早點出門，結果還是一直等到7點45左右才上餐，起了個大早趕了個晚集。

整體評價：整體酒店的設計感很強，禮賓接待也很熱情積極，前台辦理入住很快捷，晚餐壽喜鍋味道不錯。
衞生：房間衞生做的很好，餐廳在晚餐的時候給我們帶進了包房，但我坐的位置靠窗那裡有看到頭髮絲，比較影響感官
服務：整體服務比較在線，但還需要增強服務細節的統一性，如果有像萬豪或者希爾頓那樣的SOP，應該會減少很多細節上的隨意性

之前在網上就被飲馬川這家酒店吸引，來到後更是大超預期，無論從設施還是餐品都很棒，室內室外都有温泉泡池，環境太美了！特別感謝前台小郝，幫忙預留房間，服務很棒！

入住之前，其實猶豫了很久。因為本來的行程就是去都江堰，想着晚上離開都江堰是回市區還是選擇飲馬川，幸好選擇了飲馬川。都江堰開過去35分鐘，3月末淡季，酒店的客人很少，前台小謝特意給我們升級了房間，帶個小院子，十幾二十度的氣温，在院子裏泡温泉，怎一個愜意了得。房間衞生很乾凈，我對酒店的衞生要求很高，這次的入住完全能夠滿足我的需求。床超大，帶着寶寶睡覺，空間足夠。整個酒店確實給人一種在歸隱山林的寧靜感，整個設計很日式的感覺。曲徑通幽，鳥語花香，用在飲馬川這裏，一點也不誇張。酒店有免費的和服和漢服，我沒穿，我帶着寶寶看梅花鹿，夫人穿和服拍拍拍。原本一晚的行程，因為這意外的驚喜，毫不猶豫多停留了一天。除了酒店的硬件，讓我們有意外驚喜的還是酒店的服務，服務才是決定酒店好壞的最重要標準。感謝前台小謝，夜裡我們想開車去買泡麪，小謝還提出可以幫我們買回來，這實屬感動。我感受到了你們的用心，我還會再回來的。

房間很大，有一個獨立的房間是小童功能房，可以改成榻榻米我感覺一家四口住都是沒有問題的，酒店離街子古鎮很近。開車也就7-8分鐘的樣子。酒店服務態度很好，很熱情，很細節，很人性化。感謝服務人員小郝的接待和安排，回答問題也很細節，第二天睡醒了可以喂梅花鹿，親子非常推薦哈
