"Everything was great - fabulous location and breakfast, the staff was super pleasant and we had great views - the only thing I would change is the bed was a little hard - I know some people like that but was too hard for me! Also - I’ve seen this comment before but you have to be able to walk up several flights of stairs with your luggage and you cannot Uber or taxi directly to the hotel - it’s about a 5 minute walk + the stairs from the nearest drop off. Absolutely worth it for the view and location but just a heads up if that’s a no for you or if you need wheelchair access! In the photos are a view from the hotel balcony for breakfast and the hotel from the other side of the beach! Gorgeous!"

"家族でトリプルルームに泊まりました。浴槽は無くシャワールームでした。朝食はベーコン、ソーセージ、*焼き、パン、シリアル、ヨーグルト、フルーツなどでした。Dubrovnik Passを持っていると旧市街までの路線バス(6番系統)に無料で乗ることができます。6番系統のバスは夜遅くまで運行しているので便利でした。ホテル前の歩行者天国を歩いてバス停まで5分くらいでした。ホテルの近くにスーパーがあるので飲み物などはそこで購入することをお勧めします(旧市街の半値くらいで買えました)。"

"I booked a newly built hotel, and it was clean. The location is a little far from the city's main tourist attractions, but the ocean view is in front of the beach, so the view is great. Is the high price due to the ocean view? The ocean view itself is beautiful, but the room is smaller than I thought, which is disappointing. There is only a shower booth, no bathtub. The general score of the room does not cover the high price, but the ocean view from the window is great. There are no advantages to the high price of the room, and the overall service of the hotel is disappointing, so I will not stay here again."

"Excellent breakfast for a three star hotel. Good water pressure, fairly quiet air conditioning. There is a small restaurant and cafe. The beach area is all concrete, but nearby you can go to a rocky beach. There is a shower and a clay tennis court. Quite a lot of people after lunch (access to the territory is free for everyone) Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid 2 sunbeds and parasol -30€. There are no questions about nature."

"Booked a sea view room, you can see part of the sea when you open the window, the environment is good, and the hotel chain has a beach and swimming pool where you can swim unlimitedly. There is a Chinese restaurant 10 minutes away from the hotel. The owner is from Zhejiang. The food is very good and the price is not bad. It is about 7-8 minutes away from the bus station, and the bus to the old town takes about 15 minutes. The hotel breakfast is very simple and has not changed in 4 days. Maybe foreigners really have nothing to change."

"Great location for solo female travellers. 7mins walk to the old town where you can get food and take day trips from. In the afternoon when it gets too hot, you can come back to the hotel for a siesta or chill by the deck chairs. House keeping was great with constant refreshing of the room. Would stay here again. Only negative is that there’s a live band playing at a nearby beach club from 8pm to around 10.50pm each night. Can’t get any rest until the set ends (even with ear plugs on). I had assumed that the live band was playing at a restaurant within the hotel as the music was so loud but the concierge clarified that it was from a nearby beach club and it’s because it’s summer. To be fair the music was nice but loud."

As a result, this hotel has almost ”0” service; from the entry-level luggage pick-up and drop-off problems, front desk service, and catering services, the whole process requires ”self-sufficiency” The service is the worst 5-star hotel I have stayed in so far. In addition, Dubrovnik is expensive among the cities in Croatia, so if you choose this hotel, you can refer to the cost-effectiveness comparison of the old city hotel when traveling. The parking lot provided by the hotel is charged, 10 euros/day. Partners who drive can park their cars on the roadside next to the hotel (the hotel front desk will suggest this). The overall parking fee in Dubrovnik is relatively high. If you stay here to enter the old city, we choose Uber, which is 5-6 euros one way. The hotel breakfast varies from person to person. I am personally more satisfied; my husband thinks that compared with the rich products in the area, the breakfast category is still scarce. It is basically a Western breakfast.
