The hotel is great, and it's super convenient for getting to all the attractions. The pool is a real highlight – definitely worth taking a dip if you have time. Breakfast was good too, and the hotel service was excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

The room was very spacious and clean. The view from the hotel was also beautiful. There's a small convenience store nearby, and a larger supermarket about a 15-minute walk away, so grocery shopping is easy. The bus terminal for the old town is also just 2-3 minutes from the hotel. As for amenities, they only provide cups and shower caps, so you'll need to bring your own toiletries.

We stayed for one night over a weekend in Oct.
Location-wise as others have said it's a bit of a walk to the old town but doable. Or you can take the local bus just outside the hotel. Your Dubrovnik Pass covers your bus rides. And from the airport we took a Bolt which was around 30mins.
Nothing much to complain about the hotel itself. Fairly basic. Nothing fancy but adequate. They do provide a bottle of water on check-in which is always nice. If I had to pick something I'd probably wish the walls are a bit more soundproof.
The breakfast had a lot of options and they made sure to keep all the foods topped-up throughout the morning. There were plenty of tables available as well.

Remarkable hotel. The reception staff was efficient. The pool was a bit small with limited sun loungers. The room was adequately sized, with a coffee maker and a good bathroom. The public transportation (bus) was excellent for reaching both the historical center and the beaches, costing 2.5 Euros per person with a very good frequency. We booked an exclusive 3-hour spa session, including a 90-minute couple's massage, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The masseuses, Edina and Antonella, were excellent, and the facilities were top-notch, exclusively for us during that time, including abundant fruit and champagne.

Stunning hotel with 2 restaurants attached to it. Taj Mahal which despite its name is a Bosnian restaurant. The food was excellent including the sushi. There is a small pool which we did not use but the spa was also great.

The staff are all friendly, but there is big problem with the lack of sunbeds, for a hotel which has 180 rooms. Unless you were at the pool before 9am, you will probably not get a sunbed.
When raised with the hotel, nothing was done, even though there is space for more sunbeds. When I asked 3 days later what is happening to address the issue, I was told the management were going to have a meeting to discuss it. It is not a cheap hotel and it was clear I was being fobbed off. Speaking to other guests and observing the number of frustrated guests who could not find a sunbed, is not good for recommendations or customer satisfaction.
Because of this I would not stay here again or recommend to others

Fantastic stay at hotel lero. The location was perfect with easy access to the old town. I suggest using bus or Uber and not street taxi. Buffet breakfast was tasty and lunch menu had lots of choice
