They offered me a Upgrade to a suite on floor 22 with a fantastic view over the City. Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall you can walk by feet. Everything you need is in the next surrouindings, to Jumeirah Beach 4km. I enjoyed my stay and 4 days buisiness Trip in this hotel, even when its next to the day and night buissy highways and for my opinion old fashined Ambiente

Great value and well located next to the mall where everything was available at a reasonable price. Apparently the tower we weren’t in had more modern rooms but no bath and we liked the bath and the room. Staff were great. Breakfast was great. Can’t really fault any aspect if it

I had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel. It's conveniently located close to the airport, making it ideal for travelers with early or late flights. Amenities: The hotel has a small gym and a cozy lounge area. There's also a shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient. Service: The staff were friendly and efficient, always willing to help with requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Overall Experience: Ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel is an excellent choice for a short stay, offering convenience, comfort, and great value. I’d recommend it to travelers looking for a hassle-free stopover in Dubai.

The building is very clean, neat and modern. Receptionist Mr Shajeeth is very helpful, friendy and accommodating and thank you for upgrading our room. Thank you so much for the service, we really appreciate it

It's a mixed bag, rooms are clean and tidy but furniture is old, some furniture is very old, for example the tv is from ps2 Era, no hdmi port, tv channels are analog and look like tvs from the 90s, the sofa was broken, they refused to repair it or replace it with another one, they offered a free extra bed for the baby as a compensation,which ruined the room and we had to ask them to remove it and preferred to use the broken sofa; it's not a good sign when your guest thinks sleeping on a broken sofa is the best option you have given them. Staff is friendly but not all of them are experienced, for example, when I checked in I didn't have cash for the 300 dhz security deposit, so I used my debit card... it turned out that they hold the deposit with actually debitting, which works for credit cards but for doesn't for debit cards I still haven't been refunded the 300 and they didn't take responsibility for it even though the staff manager was involved... they said I should contact the bank, but it's their fault they should have asked if it was a debit or credit card. They even had the nerve to ask for 20 dhz for 1 broken glass and 1 broken cup (in reality those are cheap cup and glass that cost them like 1 dhz each), saying I needed to pay in order for them to issue a void command on their point of sale, which I did because it was only 20 dhz and I didn't have the time to argue, i hopes that someday 300 dhz will be refunded to my account. Overall, it was an average experience given the price I paid, about 190dhz in April, which is not high season for Dubai and still not summer ... In summer It needs to be no more than 110 to make sense since it is 15 mins walking from nearest metro station and you would have to rely exclusively on taxis to move around.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel and would rate it 3 stars due to several issues. Firstly, the lack of bell service was inconvenient, especially when arriving with luggage. Secondly, the elevator was extremely small and made it difficult to move around comfortably. These shortcomings significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope the hotel considers improving these services and facilities for future guests.

Unfortunately our experience wasn't good. They gave us like premium room (M-40) where airconditioning was broken down, the temperature was 18 C. It was very cold in the room - we can not change temperature. Service manager came twice, but he couldn't repair it. After day I went to Hotel Manager and asked to help, then we returned in the room and still it was 18 C I again came to reception and insisted they gave us another room. Night time we moved to another room (340) - airconditioning was working, but it was strong smell of cigarettes in the room, inspite of the fact that it is forbidden to smoke in the hotel. As far as we understood - the cigarettes smell came from Utility room (staff room) which was 2 m against our room. All this spoiled our experience

this is very good experience & best hotel in Deira Dubai. Food was Excellent , Staff is friendly , Lobby is gud. I already recommended to other people to visit this hotel in future. i really enjoy this hotel food & swimming pool of the hotel.

I was so satisfied and happy with the hotel, even though the hotel is old, smelly and has number of issues in the room, problems. The air con is noisy and simply does not function , it is either too hot or cold. That was so disturbing. But regardless that, i was going to give high score , because of the amazing team furing my check in amd during my stay. With positive memories and experience, i came back to this hotel, but the shift that day has completely ruined my impression and experience. Reception desk team was rude and impolite. Not friendly at all. I had to move to another hotel. Moved to a 5 * hotel in the same budget ( also in down town neighborhood) , as 3 star old rove downtown.

This property is at prime location and right from check-in to checkout all hassle free experience along with top-up delight upon upgrade of the room. Front office CHARLES is so helpful in clarifying all of our queries. Effective WIFI, Effective wash room faucets, simply superb interior, Clean 'n' fresh linen, toiletries, coffee tea maker, safe vault and Good centralised AC are USP features of our stay. Main area for scope for improvement is COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. Good ambience, spacious seating, professional chef who provided omlet against our request, salad, juices etc. But food is lacking Indian items. During morning breakfasting crowds 70% found Indians but none of Indian food available. Neither North Indian nor South Indian single item is there hope to get improvised in future.
