Stay was super comfortable as usual, easy to travel anywhere from this place as it's connected to metro, bus depot, mall etc.

This hotel is good value for money，downstairs is Ibn battuta metro station and taxi station and go Abu Dhabi E101 bus station，hotel next to Ibn battuta mall，convenient transportation，convenient for eating and shopping～

Great stay! Clean and comfy! And very good location, just next to the mall, and the metro station is also nearby. There's swimming pool and pub in the hotel.

Hard to talk to. Hard to please. We couldnt make it to our flight. We booked 4nights as we are travelling to visit some old friends in Dubai. Hotel keeps telling me to contact the agency where I booked. And trip.com keep telling me to get approval from the hotel for my request. I ended up just asking a friend to use the booking instead of wasting my money because the booking cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. It was Eid and a TIME of GIVING but No excuses as policy is always policy. I paid in full one month in advance. But believe me this time, I will never book this hotel again. No consideration at all! I am very dissapointed!

Hotel was clean, good value for money and has a good location. Staff are amazing most especially to Hafiz, Riyas and Grace for being so accomodating and exceptional customer service.

Its above expectations.I was there for many times and i got upgraded room this time at tower B.Room is more spacious and new internal design.Perfect location for shoppers as it was interconnected in ibn batutta mall and close to metro and bus station.Perfect for holidays.Breakfasg buffet also was good.

This hotel kind . Dubai is very hot so, i drink many water and they know that (i put empty 1.0 liter water bottle in trash can)
They give to me 3 free water bottle (usually give 2 free bottle)
And this hotel is same building with big shopping mall
So you can find many shop and restaurant in the shopping mall
