Dongguan Fangzhong Holiday Hotel maintains its consistent standards. The environment, lobby, walkways, and rooms are all clean. The staff, whether they are the girl and brother (Xiao Chao Ge) in charge of the front desk, the restaurant staff and the guest room staff, are all polite and respond to inquiries quickly. Thank you for providing a comfortable environment for me to recharge my batteries while working abroad.

The hardware is of good quality and the environment is new. However, the issue lies with the receptionist who lacks experience and is unaware of the hotel's offerings. When I requested a baby bed, the receptionist informed me that the hotel does not provide one, but it turned out that the room already had a baby bed. Additionally, I clearly indicated that I needed a non-smoking room, and the hotel confirmed via email that they had arranged one for us. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the room was in the smoking level (level 12) , which was quite disappointing. Despite the hotel having a considerable number of designated non-smoking areas, the staff failed to inquire about guests' smoking preferences. Consequently, many people were smoking in the non-smoking areas. While the hotel's hardware and facilities are impressive and new, the staff's lack of training and professionalism is evident. But the location is nearby the train station .

The facility is new and of good quality. Very comfortable bed and super shower room. The only weakness is the search for taxis that are scarce in the area. However, there is about 30 meters from a bus stop that takes you to Dongguan East Railway Station. In summary ultra recommended!

The newly renovated hotel has a lot of space, complete facilities, beautiful lamps and mirrors with fill-in lights. The bedding is comfortable. It is very easy to get in and out from Dongguan Station. The Chashan exit of Dongguan Railway Station has not been opened yet, and it will be even closer when it is open at the back. The front desk attitude is very good, you can open special tickets.

The room was quite big for a week, the middle of the mattress was not so good, and the pillows and mattresses were all yellow stains. I washed it and cleaned it a lot. The refrigerator and washing machine can be used normally, and the air conditioner sometimes emits a bit like Squeaking like a bug, overall it's okay

I especially like the open Dongjiang scenery, so I chose the river view room twice. Miss Zhu at the front desk was very attentive and provided us with three routes from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to Dongguan Shilong. It is recommended to choose breakfast without breakfast. You can order morning tea yourself. The morning tea here is very popular, and the surrounding residents are regulars. The facilities are a bit old, but still of high five-star quality. It would be better if the toilet seat could be updated (I am not used to the sudden drop of the toilet seat, I was shocked! 🤭) If I still come, I will still choose Jin Hyatt. 😍
