In this “international hotel” nobody speaks English. Room I’ve got had non-functional AC and vault was locked. We asked for room change and we’ve got another room where vault was locked. Nobody came even after two reminders and lot of wondering “no one arrived yet to unlock vault?” Room smelled after cigarettes even declared as “non smoking “ room. For me, sorry, never ever again.

The room is very comfortable. I came here to play. The breakfast is very rich. I like the bed in Vienna. The front desk service is very good and the aunt is very polite.
