"It's a hotel for transit use. Good location to access to airport. Took over 1 hour at checkin wait line. Only 1 staff at reception is doing checking while 5 to 6 staff are doing something else with a line of over 20 people. Smell like smoking in room. Need to change room. It's good value for a short stay but don't expect much services."

"Concierges could have been on shift later in regards to calling for advice for things reception did not have the answers for. Hellen was amazing she went above and beyond for me during my stay at Mondrian. I even left some bits behind which I only noticed 2 days after leaving the hotel. Hellen called me back after I alerted the hotel and informed me that my items were stored in a safe space and gave me a reference code to collect my bits. I would advise also expanding a beauty services in regards to manicure with gel nails. I went elsewhere through recommendation of the hotel reception staff."

So much to do on such a little island Brilliant if you have a family with young kids Food was amazing,would defiantly recommend the Riva Italian restaurant the service was brilliant and the food was definitely 10/10 Also Teds American restaurant had such delicious deserts also a 10/10 Will defiantly be taken my family back there"

"The location is close to metro station and surrounding many restaurants, the staf Emmanuel was helpful, but I had small incident with the lady receptionist that she told me my payment hadn't completed, which actually I choosed online prepaid option. Finally she solved that problem."

"It’s a nice hotel, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. It’s great that it has a pool and a mini beach. It is located conveniently 15-20 minutes from all landmarks & malls. The club next door plays music extremely loud from midnight until closing time at 2AM. The biggest downside was that we were staying on the 20th floor/seaside view and could still hear the music & base loudly. It disturbed our good night sleep and that’s very unfortunate since the beds are so comfortable."

"The hotel is located in a high-end community in the city center. It is very easy to walk around. There are not many tourists, but there are many locals who come to consume. The location is very good. You can walk to the Waqif market. The breakfast is very good, with buffet and a la carte. The quality is good and the service is also very good. I said I lost my earplugs, and the hotel manager said he would send someone to buy me a pair, but I found it later and felt embarrassed. If there is a disadvantage, the facilities are a bit old. I am not used to the lack of smart toilets. There are generally no smart toilets here. In addition, the carpet is old. The air conditioner will automatically start after it is turned off. I called the front desk and they said they would come to adjust it, but it was not adjusted the next night, so I got up to turn off the air conditioner several times at night."
