Stayed in Doha with many hotels with similar prices. Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental are the most at home. Refurbished before Four Seasons. All the facilities in the house are very good. The service is also great. If you return to Doha in the future, Four Seasons must be the first choice.
The hotel left only positive impressions. If the price/quality ratio, location, room stock, food, staff, services and amenities are equally important to you, then this is definitely the place for you.
As soon as you are met in the hotel lobby, the staff will offer to give you a tour of the building. Be sure to agree to this right away on the first day, it will make your vacation 10 times more productive and enjoyable. We had a wonderful guide Anwar, who told us literally everything that the hotel could be of interest to us, its features, secrets, history and his tour literally inspired us to look up the dates for our return!! đ The best guide who is interested in YOU enjoying your vacation.
In short: The rooms have gorgeous views, the rooms are spacious, clean and very cozy. The bathroom alone is worth it! The food in the restaurant was very tasty and, most importantly, there really was plenty to choose from. The exterior and architecture can be described in whole volumes, you can spend the whole day taking photos of yourself and this hotel (we speak from experience). The pool is incredibly beautiful and warm. Every person in the hotel was very friendly and ready to help even with the most stupid requests (we speak from experience 2)
The perfect choice if you are looking for a comfortable holiday in Doha.

It's a hotel for transit use. Good location to access to airport.
Took over 1 hour at checkin wait line. Only 1 staff at reception is doing checking while 5 to 6 staff are doing something else with a line of over 20 people.
Smell like smoking in room. Need to change room.
It's good value for a short stay but don't expect much services.
The hotel rooms and environment are really great. The breakfast is really rich, and the Mediterranean restaurant and Arabic restaurant for dinner are also very delicious. Welcome drinks are provided. Don't bring water with you when you go to the island. There is free water everywhere on the island, and there is so much water in the room that you can't finish it.
I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Doha and had an exceptional experience.
First off, the hotelâs location is perfectâconveniently situated with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful nightâs sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a fantastic rainfall shower.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotelâs dining options. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety, catering to all tastes, and the quality of food was outstanding. I also enjoyed the hotelâs serene spa and fitness center, which added a great touch to my stay.
Overall, my experience at Park Hyatt Doha was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Doha. I will definitely return in the future!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Grand Lux Hotel Doha. Everything was exceptionalâfrom the comfortable rooms to the impressive amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always eager to assist and make the stay even more pleasant.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. A special thanks to Danishba for her outstanding hospitality and warm service, which truly made the experience unforgettable.
Looking forward to returning soon!
It was great! We arrived very early ( before 7:30am ) and never expected our room ( superior room double queen ) to be ready. But indeed the night manager was there to extend a very warm welcome and served us drinks and damp towels to freshen up , then proposed to show us another room if we were interested so we had a choice. So he brought us to view both---the one we originally booked and a one bedroom apartment in another building that he thought we might want to see. We found the latter more spacious and brighter and the affable manager immediately offered us a complimentary upgrade even before we made our decision. So we eventually went for the apartment and within minutes all our suitcases were brought up.
The nice apartment has a living room cum a dining area , and a small balcony. There is an open kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus assorted tea sachets and coffee capsules. Fresh bottled water replenished daily and it were the little things they put after housekeeping left that made the stay extra comfy e.g. the little book mark placed on one of our books, or extra velcro ties for our cables and chargers casually lying around the desk.
The main bathroom is spacious with all the toiletries daily replenished while there is a separate toilet at one end. In the living room there is a nook with a desk and stationery, plus all the cables and cords for any type of phones and gadgets.
We never had to ask for iron and ironing board because they were already provided, placed inside the wardrobe. The safe was not functioning properly ---failed to lock when we first checked in, but soon they sent some technician up and got it fixed the next day.
Bedding is starched white , very clean and very white. Air con is at a comfy temperature although it was over 44C when we were there it was never too uncomfortably chilly.
Concierge is pleasant and helpful and UBER taxis are convenient.
There is a Harrods cafe just down the hotel pathway, a rough 3-4 minutes walk , plus other restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours in the area. There is a Chinese restaurant that is under MO that boasts the best Chinese cuisine in Doha.
The Souq Waqif is within walking distance, but the place only comes alive after 5pm when the sun is less scorching. In the day time hardly a soul is found on the streets. People just flock to malls. There in the souq you can find rows and rows of shops selling herbs and perfumes, clothes and shoes, as well as restaurants, cafes , grocery stores and souvenir shops.
MO Doha is in a safe area even after midnight because at night there are security guards stationed at almost all street corners where the streets all link up and lead you back to the hotel. Doha people are friendly and nice , and Doha is a very disciplined and safe place so there is no problem for anyone , or specifically women , to venture out on their own any time of the day or night.
MO Doha certainly has top security at every entrance and exit , the hotel is very clean and comfortable albeit the shower could be a bit more powerful. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay there again.
amazing hotel in location and best customer service culture, which is noticeable at the doorsteps of hotel entrance by valet parking staff to receptionist and all over the hotel. restaurants and food are second to none. We had our first lunch at the Italian restaurant Sel & Miel , the food and staff are amazing, they surprised us with cake and flowers for our 50th wedding Anniversary and took alot of pictures for us by their Polaroid camera. Special thanks to the best housekeeping ever who surprised us with the setup of our room. we were touched by invitation from Nassira and Huda to have moroccan tea at the lobby bar. I would like to give special thanks to all staff of Lagoon restaurant, Suhila, yasmin, Hatim, Elma, Duwi ,luyoni, and lovely Balaneeis girls who take care of us during our 5 days stays. we definitely will come back and recommend The Ritz Carlton to our friends and family members.

GGuest UserI had a great time. It was like a home away from home. The hotel staff was very helpful they made my stay at the hotel exceptional, they helped me with recommendations of places to visit, telling me more about what activities take place in those places.
They were always available on the phone(front desk) and they provided assistance wherever it was needed in a short space of time.
I-only had breakfast once, which I think can be improved, but thatâs my opinion.
With that being said, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Thank you.
GGuest UserIâve stayed in a lot of W Hotels and this one is my least favorite. The location is fine, though there isnât much in the immediate area other than malls. The hotel facilities are limited. The pool is very small with very few sun loungers and the gym is small but sufficient. The hotel claims to have beach access but this is not true. The beach is some distance away and entrance is expensive. The breakfast is fantastic with very helpful waiters. Although, a bill was presented to us at each breakfast despite our breakfast being included in our rate. I think this was more for tips. Iâve never experienced this in any other hotel in the world.
DD-MitriiI stayed at this hotel in July with up to +45C on daytime and still enjoyed to walk around because at Souq Waqif labyrinth of trade streets you will always find a shadow and things to watch&buy. Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels are actually a chain of nine hotels scattered close to each other around the same area of Waqif market, so be aware that your room, reception desk (Al Mirqab hotel) and the restaurant (Al Bidda hotel iirc) could be in different buildings. Its not a problem though, because the hotel providing you a free electric car transfer for the breakfast. I stayed in Najd hotel which is right in front of the Al Mirqab and I love its interior and location right next to the Ali Bin Abdullah Street exit of the Souq Waqif metro station - you can get there right from the airport. There are plenty of restaurants and small cafes around for every wallet, plus few popular attractions such as Museum of Islamic Arts, Corniche promenade and Islamic Cultural Center are within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wish to feel the Qatar vibes while enjoying the good service.
Aaz chiaThe location is great but the staffs were not well trained. The payment has been made during my check in and the receptionist was asking again during my check out.
JJonchuaFirstly, Shaza Location was perfect. 5 mins to metro and 15 mins to Souq Waqif. Recommend to visit both day and night.
First impression is clean and big room. Downside is the inconsistent of the shower temperature. Cold water gushing out every minute.
Service was alright. Fuss free but nothing to rave about.
Breakfast was good for the price. Spread was limited but good enough for our daily intake
GGuest UserRooms were nice and clean very comfortable beds and pillows. Every staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Highly recommended!
RRafsana ChoudhuryFantastic family experience. Vilaggio Mall is next door. Lots of shops and children's activities available. Staff were friendly, proactive and helpful. Room was great. Ipad controls made it easy to change the ambience at the touch of a screen. The bathroom had a lovely white tub so i recommend taking some roses and bubble bath to relax with. Shower was leaking a lot of water....
Gorgeous views on each floor. Ladies fitness facilities were really well maintained and easy to access. Hospitality and housekeeping was wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
The dining experience needs some improvement. The menu items are not really gourmet. 360 Restaurant menu needs more flavour. Afternoon tea in the Tea Garden was OK. The scones need more flavour and should not be restricted to afternoon tea set menu. They were not served with clotted cream, but a local substitute maybe?
Talabat service in this location is very good. Lots of quality food delivery options available. I recommend getting the app if staying at this hotel.
It would be really nice if this hotel provided a cart service to take guests to and from Aspire Park. Especially for families with children. It's difficult to walk out in humid weather. A local tour would be very helpful too.
KKonstantin KCompleted several stays here in March-April and it's definitely gotten worse in terms of facilities - the only one really being the pool. Initially, there were two sun loungers by the pool (already not too many), but in April the pool bar (independently owned) completely took over - loungers were removed, ugly black-draped Iftar service tables installed, tables added to occupy all of the area. If you show up at pool opening time (6 am), there are some napkins and water bottles around and inside the pool. At 4 pm, the manager (?) of the bar shows up with service staff, they start talking loudly and moving the furniture around, making something that's already uncomfortable even more hard to bear - in spite of the pool allegedly open until 6 pm. Very annoying to say the least.
Music from the same bar is clearly audible inside the rooms facing it, too, which may be a nuisance at night.
Otherwise the hotel is quiet, rooms are ok, with the exception of most shower doors that don't close tightly and, opening to the outside of the cabin, let out a lot of water that stays on the floor.
It's not a bad hotel but there are minimal amenities and the above issues must be addressed for it to be highly recommended for the price.
TThiam MengEveryone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies.
Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout.
Thank you, Millennium Central Doha.
ç§ç§ĺ¨äźčżŞč¨The location is very good. It is not far from the Museum of Islamic Art, the National Museum, and the old bazaar. There are large construction sites around, and there are no construction sites in Doha. The service industry is very good, the living is very comfortable, the room decoration is very ethnic style, my mother and I like it very much. The bathroom is a bit small, just a little bigger.
