Doha Hotels with Wifi

"A beautiful hotel but falls short of 5 star service. The service received was pretty inconsistent as some members of staff and certain situations were dealt with to a top standard but the hotel fell short in other areas. The poolside was not staffed so on our 2 days that we spent there (would have spent more but it was boring), there was nothing provided to eat or drink. Spending time by the pool is a big part of my holiday so this was really disappointing. When I enquired with a staff member, I was told it is un-manned due to a lack of guests using the pool. This wasnt an acceptable reason. The other situation I had was when I asked if I could change money using my contactless card (we forgot our bank cards!) - 2 members of staff said it is possible then when I went to change the money, the manager(Nicole) came and advised that it actually isnt possible. Very unprofessional. Check-in was really nice and Kartik was friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the door was very, very helpful in all matters and 2 members of staff at Alnafourah were also very helpful and friendly. We watched football at Alnafourah and we were treated well and nicely accommodated. Another incident occured when we came back to our room following a visit to the pool and having had our room made up, there were no towels! I had to call twice to housekeeping to advise them as they took so long to respond then when a member from housekeeping arrived, he told me the towels will take an hour to arrive! Never experienced something like this at a 5 star hotel. I had to go down to reception to resolve the situation and I will say that Nicole did sort it out immediately, the housekeeping manager visited our room to apologise and provided a complimentary fruit bowl. Nicole also offered a wonderful gesture by giving us complimentary entrance to a beautiful 'brunch by the pool' evening dinner. This was a lovely gesture as the food on offer was delightful. The gesture was very much appreciated. The location of the hotel isnt the best as there isnt too much to do in the area but taxis are so easy to get, this isnt too much of an issue. Overall, a really nice hotel but in my opinion, falls short of 5 star standard but does provide good value for the price. Nice but I wouldn't stay here again. Overall service needs improvement."

"I stopped here for two nights en route back to my home in Malaysia. I arrived late, tired and utterly drained plus walking on crutches after surgery. Chris the doorman welcomed me and got my luggage to my room all with a smile and the young lady on reception (01.00am on morning of 13th July) made sure to ask all the questions to ensure my obvious disability issues were helped. A late check out was easily given but I want to highlight that I had my absolute best nights sleep in over 6 months and most definitely since my operation 2 weeks ago. Keep up the good work. "The room was nice and clean. It is located in the center of Doha, only 3-5 minutes away from the subway station. The breakfast was very rich, and my favorite was the freshly squeezed juice in the hotel."

"Stayed for almost a month, got a room upgrade! really comfortable, and the location?…. I walked to Souq Waqif every night. The stuffs are simply amazing! Everyday room cleaning and it’s spotless. Will be back again"

"Great hotel but somehow some of the hotel workers are rude and unprofessional especially the one in the restaurant area. Made an upfront payment for breakfast during check in but upon breakfast, they mentioned that I dont have access for breakfast. After few checking, they mentioned that i can proceed to get my breakfast. When Im taking my breakfast the staff simply took away my plate and humiliated me by saying that I don’t have access to breakfast in front of everyone. They asked me to step out from the restaurant and do the checking again and i asked them to verify either the front desk and only confirmed that I have paid for breakfast. What make thing worse is they never say sorry after that."

"Had the most brilliant stay at this beautiful hotel Didn’t have a room available when checking in, so ended up with a five bedroom apartment with a front room and own kitchen Was amazing Staff was so friendly and helpful Breakfast was so lovely all fresh and delicious Defiantly 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend this hotel Beautiful beaches not far as well"

"I had a wonderful experience staying at this 5-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with all the comforts I needed. Although the pool was closed during my stay, the hotel went above and beyond by offering access to a nearby hotel’s pool along with a free shuttle service. The facilities, dining, and overall atmosphere were top-notch. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing getaway."

"What a super hotel and probably one of the best that we have ever stayed in! Hotel is extremely clean and modern, with all the facilities that you would need. Breakfast was amazing and staff went out of their way to make sure we felt like royalty! Our room was super nice and had a beautiful view overlooking the Doha Skyline - incredible. Staff were all amazing, always polite and helpful. Rooftop bar is great way to spend an evening with views overlooking Doha. Our best part was when we arrived early from the airport ( 9am) and we were taken to the breakfast room where we were given free tea and breakfast until our room was ready. What an amazing start - thankyou Alwady for an incredible holiday."
