When returning from the airport pick-ups from Terminals 1- 2- 3 and 5 need to go to the Bus Shuttle Center Door 2. Please note we are currently only offering shuttle service between the hours of 4;00am and 11;30pm with the last O*Hare pick-up at 11;45pm. We have parking for guest cars and SUVs for fifteen dollars per night. We do not offer truck parking. We also offer Park Before You Fly packages for an extra fee and these are limited to one car per room. If you are planning a meeting or event we offer 3980 square feet of flexible meeting space. With 6 meeting rooms and 2 board rooms our hotel team specializes in meetings for up to 120 guests and offers a full catering menu along with audiovisual support. We have two convenient restaurants that include a Lobby Lounge to unwind with a drink or a game of pool. Our multilingual front desk associates are available around the clock.

Great location. Lots of restaurants around. Shuttle bus is quick and on time. Room is of good size and clean. Beds are comfortable. It's a little bit noisy in the night when someone next door slams their door, which sounds like they are trying to open the door of your room.

The service n rooms very good. The room was neat clean. The restaurant man I don’t remember his name was the best good was good n help help me with my luggage to the shutter bus. He was so kind n nice. I really appreciate his service. He was the one who sits you down n serve your coffee.The hotel do not have a bell hop to help with bags. But I got help though. I will return again. The service was excellent.The rooms had soap n shampoo, hair dryers , iron n board everything you need.

Good hotel with a good location. Restaurants in walking distance.
It is clean and beds are big. They do have a shuttle service that takes you to the airport from early am until late pm.
