The only reason why I’m just giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the light above the full length mirror was not working. It was not a problem as there was plenty of light in the room. BUT when I returned from being out for the day I found the light on the floor and a new on installed. Which was nice to have a new light. BUT , the old light was left on the floor, and if I had not turned the main room light on as I entered I would have stepped on it. So, I picked it up and put it in the hallway by my door . I have a certain way of making my bed before I leave and it was obvious to me that someone or something had been sitting on the bed. Not really a major issue , just uncomfortable to know someone had been in my room and I was not notified beforehand. I am aware maintenance has access to any areas at any time. I have worked in such an environment myself. I also know that sometimes maintenance is short handed and they may have several work orders to complete in a limited time. I’m reminding the team to please,please notify the residents that the possibility of maintenance may be performed while they are checked in for any time. I did take pictures and I did consider speaking with management. It is not necessary for that. I’m hoping it was just an accident.

Never purchase an advanced reservation if you can help it! I purhcased an advanced reservation recently. However, I accidently made entered the wrong date. When I arrived this week to the Embassy Suite Convention Center in Denton, TX they did not have my reservation. Come to find out that I made the advanced reservation for the 21st - 23rd, instead of the 7th-9th. Consequently, I had to pay for two nights on the spot!! The person at the front desk said I needed to contact the ”Advanced Reservation” at the toll free number. I received a empathetic response but was told that there was nothing they could do given the terms and conditions. EXCUSE ME, You make the terms and conditions!!! When I asked to speak to the manager, the lady said there was no one else I can talk to. Sounds like an episode from Dave Chappelle regarding a customer service parody of Kinkos. I will never stay at another Hilton brand hotel again! OH,I have to go now, Marriot is on the phone.

Great hotel for a great price! It was just a one night stay, but very glad this is the hotel that we choose. The bed was super comfortable and the A/C was ICE COLD! The young man at the front desk who checked us in was very nice as was Charles when we checked out. The breakfast was great. Plenty of hot and cold items to choose from and the area was kept clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wish I could’ve gotten a first or second floor room. I don’t use elevators. I got a third floor room it was okay. I really appreciate the front desk people. They are very helpful

A little better than other hotels is check out at 12 o'clock, the room is clean and quiet. No smell, breakfast is rich and special yogurt. The location is good, the parking space is sufficient, and the front desk service is very good. Praise.

THE ROOM LOOKS A LITTLE OLD BUT THE SHOWER WATER POWER IS GREAT. GOOD LOCATION
