Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.

I stayed here with my S/O and we were both extremely impressed with this place. Friendly staff, clean room that was beautiful with up-to-date furnishings and decor, GREAT price, great location, near many restaurants and lots of things to do in the area. 10/10 would recommend this place for to anyone, including my family and friends. I could really go on and on. Just book this place. You will not be disappointed!!!

The location of the hotel and the rooms are very good. The staff are very nice and the check-out was delayed a little in case of an emergency. I will stay again if necessary
