Lykia World Antalya - All Inclusive

Beautiful resort. Huge! Bring nice sandals or shoes. Our room was a nice, big room, at the very end near golf.course. 350 steps to front desk. It was great because we like to walk. Lots of activities daily (volley ball..tennis..ping pong..pool events..etc). Variety of food. Amazing service. Even better massages..

Staff very good & golf course very good condition , ruff a little tough to play out of. Great to see cats on site really well looked after and friendly. Would add dart boards & Table football though

Pros: - Friendly, present staff. There were some challenges with language as most staff do not know how to speak English. However, they make an effort to understand you and speak to you using Google Translate. Our request for extra pillows was accommodated quickly. Good housekeeping everday too. Your towels are changed and beds made. - Varied menu available in the resto or the pool/beach, bar is open for 24hr, ice cream and pastries available daily from 11 to 6. There is a baby corner offering puree and kid's corner for picky eaters. Delicious baklavas and changing desserts/specials in the evenings - Huge pool with dedicated areas for kids - Kid-friendly - kid disco, playground, kid's club, bowling was unfortunately closed when we were there - Rooms are spacious - we are a family of 5 and stayed in the room comfortably with lots of space still left for our luggages. The bathroom was also massive, although the bathroom and bedroom are only separated by an opaque privacy screen - not a big deal with small kids but a very big deal for teens/almost teens. - Free minibar - replenished everyday - Good spa options, activities, gym (everyday there are activities offered to people who enjoy zumba, aqua pool etc.) - Walking distance to the sandy beach and pavilions are available for hire Suggestions for improvement: - Aircon in rooms and public spaces was very weak. I wish it would be stronger as it was uncomfortable especially in the middle of the day eating at the restos. - Publish lira prices too - The leaflet publishes that food is almost available 24/7. We were about to travel to the airport around 6am and went down to the resto at 5:30 expecting a night buffet which was meant to be from 1 to 6am. Unfortunately when we got there, there were no food as they were already preparing for breakfast. Either publish the correct times in the leaflet or the restaurant should stick to those timings. They can have a separate section for night buffet if they are preparing for breakfast. - Tourists who want to travel around - pls note this hotel is at least 45 mins to 1 hour away from main activity hubs like the Grand Bazaar or the waterfalls. - An indoor area available in the lobby dedicated for kids, in line of sight of the parents to those who wish to keep sight of their kids and not have them babysat, especially young kids. - Modernization/some rooms can have broken furniture too, e.g. our friend's room had a broken table, another one had no privacy screen

We arrived to the hotel and the first couple of days we had some trouble with the rooms. We tried to talk to the reception but they couldn’t help us so we turned to guest relations. Wow what a difference! We immediately got help. We want to thank both Anastasia for her helping us and that she got us in touch with Mustafa, that has been such a blessing! He got us new better rooms and personally came with us and double check that everything was working. He even offered to cover the cost by himself of the goods that was damaged in the first couple of days.

I have been at Lykia World since 12 juni, thanks to Mustafa Aslan everything has been great, Mustafa Aslan helped me and my family with everything while we have been here!! He has been amazing with us!! I have never heard him saying something inappropriate to someone, neither me or other geusts. He has always been calm and respectfull. I do not agree with Marina, because my experience has been great because of Mustafa Aslan. He really is a great guest relation manager! Thank you Mustafa for making our vacation amazing.

Me and my family had a great vacation in Lyika World. The sea, pools and the food were perfect. The best thing about the hotel was the staff and especially guest relation manager Mustafa Aslan. He was super nice, helpful and very professional. He made our vacation even more successful. Thank you Mustafa, you really are a great guest relation manager.

This is the best experience for me and we had the best time of our life and we got so much help from Mustafa Aslan the guest relation manager. I saw some complains about him from a person in this app and the complaints are false, Mustafa has helped every guest and met them with respect and dignity.

Our overall impression of the hotel is very good. We liked everything: the food was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. We came here to celebrate our parents' birthday, and everything was wonderful until my father's birthday. We booked a bungalow for two days for 200€, and for this, we were offered a beautifully set table in the main restaurant and a complimentary bottle of alcohol in honor of the celebration. Everything looked magical: the waiters poured wine and water and provided top-notch service. However, when it was time to leave, we were presented with an 80€ bill. We certainly did not expect this, as it was supposed to be a gift from the hotel in honor of the birthday. It turned out that instead of the complimentary bottle of champagne, the waiters opened two bottles of wine costing 40€ each without informing us. They simply asked if the wine was okay for us, and we agreed, not knowing it was not complimentary. A long discussion ensued. We calmly explained that we were promised this as a gift. The situation could have been resolved peacefully if it weren't for the intervention of the Guest Relations Manager, Mustafa Aslan. This person absolutely does not deserve his position. He kept me, an eight-month pregnant woman, in the lobby for 1.5 hours late in the evening, trying to figure out who should pay for the wine. He constantly yelled at us, insisting that we had to pay because the wine had already been consumed, and if not us, then the waiters would have to pay. He blamed us for not realizing that we were being served paid wine instead of the complimentary champagne. Mustafa Aslan did not hesitate in his expressions, disregarding my pregnancy and the ruined celebration. In this hotel, the rule "the customer is always right" does not apply. Instead of resolving internal communication issues between departments, they blame their guests. Ultimately, this entire mess was over a bottle that costs only 3.70€ in a store. Is this worth the hotel's reputation? We urge the hotel management to pay attention to the employee Mustafa Aslan, who created a negative impression of your hotel. Such individuals do not deserve to work and represent the interests of such a wonderful establishment.

Great resort, the bars and the entertainment team were excellent and this was a lovely break for me and my family. The pools were very cold but the slides were worth braving the cold just to see the smile on the kids faces (16 and 23) Food was excellent and the Halloween show was very good also
