Find the Cheap Denizkent Mahallesi Hotels

We have arrived at midnight and after a long travel we’re very tired and hungry. To our surprise bar at the lobby was opened and we have been forwarded to the restaurant after a quick refreshment for the midnight soup, which was delicious! My teenage children were very pleased with the opportunity to refuel their energy all week of holidays with the fresh meal available three times a day in the restaurant ( unlimited!) and four hours at the beach! We have been in the different range of hotels and this one we liked the most because: everything you need for the rest and entertainment was here! We enjoyed pool swimming and sunbathing, beach sunbathing, water slides, turkish hamam . Staff were really friendly and helpful, but took us time to work out : do not keep your door key next to your phone or you will get a problem to enter your room ( just a tip) . My daughter’s comment was: mum I feel like I have been on holidays for a month! To me it’s a good indicator of successful holidays. A FAKE FIVE STAR - CANNOT WAIT TO GO HOME TO EAT. Ignorant staff, example : they never speak to you when collecting a plate for example and often lean over you. They are often fooling around or on their phones instead of tending to customers. I have fed back a small list of issues around this hotel and await a response. They called the room and invited us to attend guest relations despite already being told to just reply. I dont want my time in the sun or having to go out for a meal being taken away. Tried to order a taxi and they added ten euros. Room. Nice view, a bit tired. No effort made by maids really. Bathroom, shower only. Very small. Very slippy floor! Awful cheap decor. THIS IS NOT 5 STAR. FOOD IS HORRIFIC. Breakfats being the worst. At lunch and dinner they often run out! The options are always the cheapest possible with metloaf, burgers and offal being their most common offering. Other than overcooked and look warm chicken/turkey I have not really seen any grilled meats. One night they had 4 ducks to feed a whole hotel!!!! Italian with sweet and sour sauce anyone??? There is an arrogant little man with executive chef walking around who clearly must not have had any training. Dessert are all cheap, jellified and look pretty but never taste as they should. The patisserie served the same junk. Ice cream is ok but nothing to go with it, not allowed a bowl just a teaspoon in a cone. I have never, ever stayed in a 5 star hotel so poor for food. I have been to a lot. Last night the meatloaf was squashed to create “tray kebab”. THIS IS NOT 5 STAR. WE HAD TO EAT OUT SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO INEDIBLE FOOD. Entertainment is good, lots of activities, foam party is good, lots of sun loungers but kids water slides not seen open in a week. Drinks. VERY POOR. The staff dont have a clue, everyone knows what malibu is dont they??? Poor quality, minimal measures. Tip: order the alcohol with just ice and top up your drink. NO BRANDED DRINKS IN A FIVE STAR HOTEL? NO FIZZY SOFT DRINKS IN THE MINI BAR? Spa. Only the sauna working. Hotel shop. Very expensive. Grounds and setting. Good, Pretty in parts. Issues with bites. Eaten alive on two nights. No sign og any preparation to prevent by the hotel. Its a compliment giving this place a 3 star review. Everything is “box ticked” as cheap as possible. This is a genuine review unlike others clearly. Happy to post my booking and photos of the staff. AVOID THIS PLACE, WE WILL! SEEKING COMPENSATION. STILL NO REPLY AS REQUESTED TO MY MESSAGES. Awaiting hotel to comment! I am confident they have excuses for it all. FINAL NOTE: LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

We just got back today from staying at this hotel for 5 days! Overall it was amazing - especially the emanation team Nando, Meric, Sudan, Barbie, and all the other team were brilliant always something on the go to keep you entertained during the day and evening The food was lovely a lot choose from however mainly fish or Turkey but there was other options also - They also have an outdoor meat cooking area each night that was different from kebabs to chicken to ribs! I found so much choice there from pastries to salads to cheeses to Continental, soup eggs, breakfast also their bread is amazing! Our room was lovely and spacious. We had a pool view. There’s shops on site so that you can buy things if needed. Lots of different bar areas and sit and relax in different locations if you want it busy or quiet. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy. There was always different staff going around collecting rubbish and cups and cleaning things. Our room was cleaned every day. The staff are really helpful when we had an issue with our safe they come straight out when we ran out toilet roll they came straight up Other reviews showed about cats. There is a cat situated in the hotel, but it was never a bother. The only negative thing that we could give the hotel is they don’t do Bacon for breakfast, but there’s so much more to choose from it wasn’t a problem There was only a few English families at the result a lot of them were German Russian Polish and Turkish however everyone was friendly and the team spoken all five languages and incorporated everyone in everything they did. You never felt left out or penalised. It really was amazing. We fully recommend x

The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard. Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.

Disappointing stay at this resort. I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked. Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time. Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out.
