Couldn't get into the pool due to some sort of deposit floating on the surface,(encircled with hazard tape) food was not great with boiled chicken every night, cold food including cold fried eggs , no ala carte restaurants open , no decaff coffe, no artificial sweetener, pool bar closed, restaurant closed for long periods, beach facilities still in winter storage (in spite of neighbouring hotels being in full swing)oh and some cleaning required in some areas, highlighted these issues with the in Hotel rep who advised me to complain to the holiday Supplier when I got home blaming the supplier for mis describing the Hotel ??, other than that everything was perfect. I take three holidays a year, including a cruise every year and I always specify 5 stars - as such I consider myself qualified to make criticism and in over 10 years this is the first time I have felt compelled to make such a review

Arrived at 10.30pm and was quickly and efficiently showed my room which is what I didn’t except for good reasons that is! Overlooking pool and stage I could not have asked for more! Absolutely amazing as I’ve been to many hotels in turkey but I’d put this in top 3 so far? Hotel not area? Sadly I’d missed food which finished at 9 but there was a late soup with bread and salad at midnight! The bar stays open on all inclusive till 3am which was great ! I woke next morning and had breakfast ! Plenty variety from pancakes cooked meats cold meats cereal fresh omelettes from young lady outside! The pool is amazing and plenty of activities to choose from during the day ! The pool side snack bar goes from 11am if you miss breakfast with hot potatoes with filling, the best pizza and Turkish wraps I’ve had to take away your hunger, this finishes at 3pm and another poolside bar opens with burgers nuggets fries and other things till 6pm and night time food starts at 7 till 9pm! Entertainment???? Just to let you know my family sent me here for a break due to working 2 jobs 7 days a week and they said you need a break just to relax? Relax how the hell could I do that when I thought I was 20 again raving away to the best music I’ve heard for years! And add to it the have a snow/bubble machine that they let off which when showing my wife she wasn’t happy😂 the staff were amazing especially Riza on poolside bar and sadly I didn’t get his name but he had white shirt on at main blue bar inside who seemed always to have a drink and peanuts ready for me every day! After showing my wife and kids all the pictures we are coming back in sept/ oct as long as the snow machine is still going lol! Thanks for the great holiday and memories 🥲

I enjoyed a traditional Turkish bath on my last night, the perfect way to end the holiday, very relaxing and amazing friendly service from Nuri! Patient and hospitable. I definitely Recommend…You can not stay here and leave without one! I look forward to coming again. Also beautiful aesthetics and very clean.

nice hotel , however please try to avoid the guy in white who hounded myself & my sister every day for a massage ( he won’t take no for an answer ) , the midnight buffet consisted of soup & bread, don’t bother going the disco as no English music was played & not much drinks choice , however Nando was a lovely guy always chatty & smiling , the men in the shop were great & will give you a good bargain , also shout out to the boys behind the bar who were absolutely lovely

Well where too start! This is probably the best I’ve been too in turkey ! Staff so polite ! The shows on nighttime are amazing see pics! Food was great though people still moan! No bacon no sausage ffs get a grip I came under family’s orders to relax due to work issues! And I did just that ! Though it felt I was 20 again! Wife was not happy 😂 but I loved it! Thanks sensitive I’ll be back with wife later in year for sure! Any negative comments are wrong for sure

A lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The Sensitive Premium resort and spa is classed as being in Belek, Antalya. It is actually quite a way from Belek. However, it was only a cheap bus ride from there and the buses ran every twenty minutes and picked you up from the front of the hotel. The cost was about £1.35 per couple, one way. Beware, the corresponding taxi ride was charged at 20 euros and even more at night. On our arrival the reception staff were friendly and efficient and we were given our rooms quite quickly. The hotel itself was lovely with clean and spacious rooms. The bathrooms were excellent with separate walk in shower and toilet rooms. We were given a room overlooking the pool and also had a sea view. The bar area was large with lots of seating available. If you didn’t want to queue for your drinks at the bar, there were staff circulating taking orders from you. The bar was open from 0800 to midnight. There was a patisserie open from 1100 to 1800; you could get pastries, cakes and tea and coffee. The hotel was all inclusive so the drinks, food etc was all paid for. There was entertainment on most nights and a disco downstairs for a couple of hours each night. There were various things going on during the day by the entertainment team such as darts competitions etc. You could pay to use the spa downstairs and have a massage if you wished. There was an in door pool to use if you wanted. We arrived late in March, just one week before Easter. There were various parts of the hotel not open, we were informed by our holiday company, because of the season and temperatures. We could not use the out door pool, we could not use the beach bar, we could not use the snack bar or the al-a-carte restaurant. The out door pool and beach bar I get due to the temperatures; not the snack bar or al-a-carte restaurant. For the record it was hitting, on average, 22/23 degrees C during the day. On our last day it hit 26. There is not a lot to do around the hotel, no bars and not many shops, although there are some about a fifteen minute walk away. We spent most of our days in Belek, lots of shops and restaurants there. I would recommend this hotel for families, the out door pool looked great, plenty of sun beds and a small pool with slides for children. There is a private beach with a beach bar, once open. Antalya is a 40/50 minute bus ride away and is a large bustling town with lots of shopping to be done, don’t forget to haggle and enjoy. The restaurant is your typical all inclusive one, you won’t starve but the food can be a little bland at times. Your typical buffet style. The staff, on the whole, were great and very friendly.

My wife and I are here at the moment, literally we saw the UFO's on top of the hotel and said yep that's the place for us 🤣🤣. So pro's Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and others pampering you. Cons. So we arrived on Monday around 1:30am, so got up at 9 for breakfast as we had a meeting with the rep at 11am unfortunately food was quite cold as you read in other reviews but edible. We had an excursion on Tues morning so went down for breakfast at 07:00 and food was nice and warm unfortunately all the covers of the food was open so if you go down later hence why the food is cold. Food can be repetitive which can be the same as any all inclusive you go. Ok now down to the bits which are upsetting us. Cats, cats,cats and more cats. They wander through the hotel as if they own the place, spraying scent over most surfaces and tonight underneath the serving counter in the restaurant was a cat paw trying to claw my wife's leg, sorry food is being served and there are cats underneath them. I don't know many 5 star hotels that come with so many cats. Tues night we was woken up by cats meowing so loudly you'd think they was sat outside your room, not once but 3 times. We still have till Sunday afternoon yet so if there is anything else I'll let you know. Oh by the way we are cat lovers ourselves but leaving there scent over everything is not nice. To the manager. You have a lovely hotel, get rid of them cats or Employ a cat catcher and ask your kitchen staff to close the lids down on the food early in the morning so people who do come down for breakfast later will have warmer food. Sorry will I come here again, no is the answer.

My partner booked a five day getaway for us. The hotel was absolutely beautiful especially on entrance. The chandelier was something I have never seen in my life. Hotel room was a good size and clean. Couple times we were in the room and the cleaners would just open the door without knocking. tut tut tut. I just wanted to relax, swim, steam room etc. Literally within an hour of us arriving we were being pressured to book a hammam massage. The next day we found out it was literally half the price across the road. We booked it with our rep in the end and didn't see him again after that. Anyway I will get straight to the point, as a black couple we were stared at by other people there, staff and visitors. There was only one other black couple and they experienced the same thing. The food was terrible and most people we spoke too said the same. They all ate out of the hotel. I will not be going back there. Got hassled twice to book a flipping massage.
