You get a super clean basic hotel perfect needing some rest and a shower. A nice size TV too.

My stay here was interesting. I was visiting for a social event for the weekend. I didn't need to spend a lot of money; just somewhere nearby the location and a clean place to bathe, do some work on my computer, and sleep. I received all of these comforts, and I even went as far as wiping down my counters, toilet, TV remote and phone and there was NO residue on my disinfectant wipes. While my stay here was a little above average, there are some things that are subjective to my needs but also areas that need to be improved. PROS: - BUDGET friendly - Pleasant staff - Easy check-in - CLEAN room - In room microwave and refrigerator (with freezer) - Close to freeways - Short driving distance to places to eat and stores - Parking space outside my room - Free cable channels - CUTE kitty sitting outside my door (I LOVE cats!) CONS: - LOUD stench of cigarette smoke while entering/exiting my room - WiFi service is shaky - Unable to access the apps on the TV for streaming ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT - The cigarette containers, which are between guests' doors, need to be away from them. Those who don't smoke shouldn't have to smell it - I had to go to the front desk area to connect to the Wi-Fi signal - Connecting to the streaming services on the TV was impossible. When I turned it on, the different services flashed for half a second. I didn't reach out to the front desk because it wasn't a big deal but if this is a service, it needs to be easily accessible I believe if the above mentioned is improved, this could be a 5-star place. Again, this location is not for someone who is looking for special amenities but for the budget-friendly traveler. I also suggest not getting a room on the ground floor close to traffic. I had a difficult time sleeping but preferred that location for safety reasons. Also, ask the front desk representative if there are any rooms that do not currently have guests next door. It's not a guarantee that there won't be any noise but I'm a light sleeper and don't like having to sleep with my ear plugs unless necessary while I'm traveling.

Stayed here the nite of Aug 15th checked out following day. The guy that checked me in said I needed to leave a$25 deposit so I did on my credit card and that I would get it back on check out. Today is Aug 24 th and still haven't gotten my 25 bucks back. I've called for the past 5 days and the so called Mgr. Is ducking me. This is a Wyndham property, that's bad business Wyndham
