Excellent
Excellent one night stay. Ample parking in well-lit lot, with several nearby businesses so we felt safe even with a late check in. Check in and out were smooth with no issues. Renovated room had plenty of space and the layout offered plenty of luggage storage. Room was clean and everything we used worked. Quiet room and comfortable beds allowed us a very restful sleep. Would definitely recommend.

MmarsilvaFriendly reception. 2 free bottles of water. Front entrance closed due to renovations. I had to enter and exit thru side door which was very difficult to bring in luggage with the elevation of the entrance. Fan in bathroom not working. Cloth chair in room filthy, stained. Bathroom door dirty. Looks like coffee splashes. No alarm clock in room. Refrigerator. Bed & pillows comfortable. Does not deserve to be called BW plus. Limited hot breakfast. Tasted good. Nice eating area and lobby lounge.

GGuest UserMy first stay here and very impressed with it. Very nice friendly manager checked me in and asked me later if any problems. Room 106, well prepared room. Very nice large , clean room, working desk and chair. Separate kithen unit, very pleased as my first stay, gets my vote Wifi a good 31+ Meg, no problems.

AAyeAyeCapnI used to stay at this facility often when it was Best Western several years ago, and a few times after the brand change. Months after the flood 3 + years ago, it was nasty. It seems they might have just let it dry and left it that way. My recent stay there was after a 2+ year absence. I booked it this past Friday for the first time in a long time. IT WAS NIGHT AND DAY BETTER! The room was completely renovated, modern, comfortable and had all amenities you could want. It was a very pleasant surprise based on my last stay a couple years ago. It was also very competitively priced. I highly recommend this hotel, and it will be my ”regular” when I'm in that neighborhood.
