This ranks among the dirtiest hotels I’ve encountered, especially disappointing given its ~123 MYR price point. While the broken AC remote was a minor inconvenience, the unacceptable conditions—yellowed pillows, stained bedsheets with stray hairs, and discolored towels (all documented in photos)—forced us to request a checkout within 15 minutes of arrival.
The receptionist merely refunded our cash deposit without apology or offering a room change, leaving us no choice but to leave. Thankfully, Trip.com’s exceptional customer support team intervened promptly, mitigating this unpleasant experience.
A warning to fellow travelers: Always document issues and reach out to your booking platform’s support if faced with similar neglect. Trip.com’s team proved to be among the industry’s best in resolving disputes.
