It is a good and affordable place to stay. They have only one power socket for a double room that I stayed in. For toiletries, they provide soap but no shampoo or toothbrush/toothpaste. They have a water heater in the bathroom. For cutleries, they provide one electric kettle, two glasses and two spoons. The room also has a lot of hangers for you to hang your clothes in the closet and a TV for your entertainment. Overall, the room is worth it!

Memorable stay at S8 Boutique Hotel I came in on 10th Dec 2020, I was offered a single standard room without a window. Most probably they offered this room due to my request on the lowest budget since I had to stay a longer period due to work factor. After a short nap, I had visited the reception and a young gentleman who is the Hotel Operation Manager by the name of Siva approached me to understand further on my needs, the reasons of my stay since and my preferences. After a short discussion, Siva had arranged a Deluxe Double with Balcony. It has all I need, I felt soo much of comfort, the Wifi was working better then I expected since I had to write a lot of articles and reading. As I was Management Pilot and work related stress was really an nature of our industry. Peaceful and complete silent is what I personally desire and need at the most during current situation. S8 Boutique Hotel has all your needs. I stayed many hotels due to my nature of industry but I personally felt S8 Boutique Hotel personalize their services into individuality, I really felt like I am at home. Besides Mr. Siva, another 2 staffs who was working there is Safuhah and Syuhada. Both of them never fails me, they always ensure my rooms are clean. If you’re on a budget and don’t mind staying in a secluded and dead environment, here’s the place. Parking is limited. It’s a hotel in a shop lot. No neighbours. Quite and dead area. I don’t feel safe here. For ladies, you have to be careful. The room provided is great. Just what I expected for the price that I paid. Nothing much. Good for a night stay. But, like other reviews, the walls are too thin! The sound of every door in every floor can be heard when it’s closed. Sometimes I feel like someone’s going to enter my room by hearing how loud and clear their voices were when passing by my room. That’s why I said I don’t feel safe. All in all, I don’t recommend this place.

The rooms are small but perfect to grab some sleep or freshen up and hit the city. The receptionist is very warm and welcoming and helps with questions. The wi-fi, aircon and TV worked fine. The toilet is also small but good hot water. There is a 24-hour restaurant directly next door which is great. It is walking distance to Salak Tinggi Station (there is a free bus sometimes also for this distance). Salak Tinggi Station is very close to the airport making this hotel super for transit. There is a fairly large food court and street market as well in close proximity. great stay. would stay again.

I spend akmost two day actually i arrived at 6 am of the 24 and i paid 30 MYR for early check in the fare i book from the airport is 90MYR then i choose the option of late check out so it was 50 MYR. Very basic and small room, air con ok, tv only local channel bed confy no light next to the bed only mainlight. Furniture low cost wooden fake ikea. The bathroom clean but the shower is on the top of the celing so you will wet all the bathroom that is small. I only come here because i was exhausted after a flight, for what it is very pricy. But i like the add of early check in and late check out, i am sure also other hotel do like this. The big con is the shower, the noise from the highway and air con positioned badly straight on your face!!

1. This hotel is about 15 minutes drive from the airport. 2. Actually, there are other INNs nearby. If you see the appearance of other hotels, you will find it when you come to this one. Fortunately!! 3. The room is small, but there are beds, bathrooms and TVs Everything is available, the room is tidy, and the bed is good to sleep BUT 1. There is no carpet in the corridor, because it is an INN, people check in 24 hours, the sound of footsteps, family voices (and echoes)... will make you Woke up several times throughout the night 2. The door is also a problem, because it is an old door, so it will bump when you close it!!! Earplugs?! Guaranteed to be useless!!! Chinese translation is better**Because the Malaysian government has started to impose a tourist tax, which is not included in the price of the room reservation, there will be a lot of noise when you check out, and you have to talk to each other, which may become unnecessary trouble early, if you can please The hotel considerately invites Chinese translation service staff, thank you very much

Health: average health Traffic around is average and there's not much to eat. Checking in is very complicated. The landlord needs to send the room number and then the security guard will take him to the mailbox to get the key. I cannot receive clear information through Ctrip booking. I hope Ctrip can clarify the check-in process with the landlord. It is next to the Xiamen University of Malaysia campus, which is very convenient if you are going to school.

Our experience started out fine, we were given cookies at the reception by a very friendly receptionist. The property is huge but dated. Walking from reception to our room (in another adjacent building) is ok but there is no shaded walkways, it’s all open air and subject to the elements. The room itself is average, we had booked two rooms facing the lake. The cleanliness however is appalling. We found a dead cockroach under the bed, the toilets were clean but because it’s all black tiles, you can’t really see the dirt unless you look closely; the shower doors weren’t properly cleaned, there is moss and old, icky dirt stuck at the corners. Water pressure to the bidet is low, which basically makes it pointless to have. There’s food flies lounging around the room, possibly from food that was consumed by the previous guest. We had ordered room service 3 times in total. The first time was great, they brought the food within 30 minutes, charged it to our room. The food quality however was subpar. The char kuey teow was soggy and tasted like ginger, which isn’t how it’s normally supposed to be prepared! If your chef is gonna make changes to classic local recipes, make sure it’s taste-tested by others and please CLEARLY state that this is an adaptation of a local classic so the guest can expect it to be different. The 2nd time was an annoyance, not only was the food late but they told us to pay immediately for it! Apparently the wait staff was told we had not paid a deposit for the room but in fact we had paid a deposit to cover our entire 2 night stay for two rooms! But being cooperative guests, we decided not to make a fuss and paid immediately. 3rd room service, no questions about payment. Talk about inconsistent service! Also, we were told to leave our food trays from the room service outside the room but they didn’t clean it up the next day resulting in food flies buzzing around. The breakfast was ok on the first day, but the 2nd day, it was downright horrible. Scrambled eggs were soggy, bacon and sausages was boiled and not fried, again, if you’re gonna offer a healthy alternative to everyday norm, please state it clearly somewhere! Freshly baked bread wasn’t fresh either, tasted at least a day old. Lastly, the pool isn’t cleaned regularly, not what you’d expect from something with a “Hilton” brand in it. The kids pool had dark tiles in it and so you can’t easily see dirt in the water but there were small leaves and other icky stuff floating about if you looked closely.

This is a very warm hostel. The quadruple room for the girls I live in is very clean. Living in it makes me feel like I have returned to my stay abroad. After me, I have four or five companions to move in. Very satisfied. I will come back if I have the chance. After reaching Salak Tinggi, walk for about ten minutes. The host had WeChat Chinese (this was the key to my decision at the time!) There were many delicious restaurants right next to the hostel. The seafood chow mein I ordered was right at the intersection (next to 711). I also went to Xiamen, Malaysia, where I drank milk tea. Also great.

I really enjoyed my stay! Joe and Matt are above all expectations: caring, kind, always ready to help. The room as well as common area were super clean. A few restaurants with reasonable prices, supermarkets and pharmacy are only 1-3 minutes on foot. Good wifi. Tea, coffee, cookies, bread, butter, jam are provided 24 hours. Towel and soap in the bathroom also. The train station is only 10 minutes on foot and it's only 1 station to KLIA1 and 2 stations to KLIA 2. Summarizing - this place is the best choice if you have a long stopover in KL. Strongly recommended!

i didnt realize that this hotel is a self check in hotel. only knew it when i went to the mall lobby & tried to check in to another hotel which almost similar name (d gateway perdana hotel bangi), the staff there told me to check in via kiosk nearby. another thing i jz realized is that this hotel is in an almost empty mall. only few retails at ground floor & mostly deserted upper levels. it appears rather scary at night. check in was easy with the ipad given but make sure ur phone no is correct & phone battery is full, as the check in details and key password will be given through sms. u cant check in if ur phone died. however, the check in instructions was clear & easy to follow. given room at level 7 (mezzanine). there's 2 glass lift taking u to level 7. but its a shared facilities between the other hotel & this one as the rooms will have signage of which room belongs to which hotel. there are also surau & offices. the corridor are not well lit & gives spooky feeling. the room opens with the password given. to my suprise, there's another stairs going to upper level to your room. its not suitable for those who r challanged physically and if u have large & heavy suitcase (like myself). i have to leave my suitcase at the entrance of the room as i cant carry it upstairs. it would be better if there is staffs around to help us/anybody with challanges. the room was rather clean, good wifi connection. view - hospital in front. no proper insulation as u can even hear the traffic sound from the main road. the aircond i guess has not been serviced for long as it is loud & not cold. water pressure was weak. the bathroom got moulds here and there. check out is also via whatapps and u have to check out before 11am or else will be charged. room service only available if u booked more than 2 nights & have to request it through whatapps. i only stayed for 1 night as a transit hotel. please inform customers in your website/booking agents about ur self check in facilities at your hotels & full description of your hotel before we make bookings.

Booked 2 One Bedroom suites for one night for a family of 7 including 2 elderly parents. Check in was smooth. Rooms were located at 6th floor and they were so super spacious, clean, comfy and the view was amazing. Shower gels, shampoo and toothbrushes were provided. There's mini fridge & ironing board too. The muslim prayer mat was also provided. Wifi was strong. Each suite has 2 bathrooms/showers near the living room. It would have been fantastic if the hotel management can invest on fixing some grab bars for handicap/elderly visitors in their toilets. On Saturday night, there was a number of pop up food stalls at the parking lot space. Fantastic variety of food. But the downside was, their live band played songs till past midnight. We couldn't sleep well. No breakfast provided from the hotel. So we head to a restaurant in front of the hotel. They sell nasi lemak, roti canai, fried rice/noodles, soto ayam..etc. In all, this hotel is so accessibly very near to the highway and hope they can maintain the cleanliness that we had experienced.

I spend akmost two day actually i arrived at 6 am of the 24 and i paid 30 MYR for early check in the fare i book from the airport is 90MYR then i choose the option of late check out so it was 50 MYR. Very basic and small room, air con ok, tv only local channel bed confy no light next to the bed only mainlight. Furniture low cost wooden fake ikea. The bathroom clean but the shower is on the top of the celing so you will wet all the bathroom that is small. I only come here because i was exhausted after a flight, for what it is very pricy. But i like the add of early check in and late check out, i am sure also other hotel do like this. The big con is the shower, the noise from the highway and air con positioned badly straight on your face!!

Health: average health Traffic around is average and there's not much to eat. Checking in is very complicated. The landlord needs to send the room number and then the security guard will take him to the mailbox to get the key. I cannot receive clear information through Ctrip booking. I hope Ctrip can clarify the check-in process with the landlord. It is next to the Xiamen University of Malaysia campus, which is very convenient if you are going to school.

If you’re on a budget and don’t mind staying in a secluded and dead environment, here’s the place. Parking is limited. It’s a hotel in a shop lot. No neighbours. Quite and dead area. I don’t feel safe here. For ladies, you have to be careful. The room provided is great. Just what I expected for the price that I paid. Nothing much. Good for a night stay. But, like other reviews, the walls are too thin! The sound of every door in every floor can be heard when it’s closed. Sometimes I feel like someone’s going to enter my room by hearing how loud and clear their voices were when passing by my room. That’s why I said I don’t feel safe. All in all, I don’t recommend this place.
