Zhongzhou Leading Hotel

This time when I went to Dengfeng, I chose Zhongzhou Huading Hotel, a five-star hotel listed by the National Tourism Administration. I was quite satisfied with my two-night stay. The hotel environment is very good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, although it is not a new hotel in recent years, but it is well maintained. The room is fully equipped with supplies and the bedding is suitable. The hotel lobby service is good, especially Xiaoyu, who took the initiative to help us carry our luggage. When we checked in, it happened that a relatively large team was checking in, and the front desk was crowded. Xiaoyu and another lady helped us to check in separately, which reduced our waiting time. Xiaoyu also sent us upstairs, took the initiative to introduce the hotel environment and facilities, and gave us a map of Dengfeng, etc., which was very considerate. We had dinner at the hotel, and the catering service had more dishes and tasted good. Although breakfast was slightly crowded due to the tourist team, the dishes were served in a timely manner and the variety was relatively complete. The back garden of the hotel is very beautiful and suitable for a leisure walk. A suggestion is that the power sockets on the wall in the room - especially the two plugs are not working well, it is recommended to change them.

The experience at Dengfeng Zhongzhou Huading Hotel was great! The staff member Guo Gengan was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, which allowed me to have a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the hot water supply is stable. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The location is superior, and the surrounding transportation and entertainment are very convenient. The hotel also provides free parking, which makes travel very convenient. I am very satisfied with this stay and will choose it next time I come here!

The lobby manager Guo Gengan provided good service and met our check-in needs in a timely manner. The hotel environment is particularly great, right at the foot of Songshan Mountain, with mountain views everywhere. There is also a large back garden. It is spring now and everything is coming back to life. The lush trees on the mountain look very beautiful. In addition, there was a good live guzheng performance during breakfast. Finally, they reminded us to scan the parking ticket before leaving the store to avoid incurring fees.
