Pros - Great location, Staff is friendly. Cons - interiors of the rooms are old and aged, and showing it's age. Lack soundproofing so I can hear loud noises from outside my door. Breakfast is decent but options. Shower area is inside a bathtub and no anti-slip mat is provided. It's incredibly risky. Did not expect a 5 star luxury hotel to be using cheap single ply toilet papers.

Very neat and clean hotel. Good spacious room. Clean toilets. Friendly staff, good variety in breakfast. Highly secure. Easy parking. Good view from rooms. Pool is clean too. Good for events and away from traffic jam. Best for weddings. Very comfortable bed.

Good location and great staff. They take proper care of you and are available to answer any queries 24/7. A certain gentle*** by the name of Charan Singh did a great housekeeping job on my unit. Polite, professional and courteous. The ***agers are accommodating to any personal requests made within reason and are always professional and hospitable. Thank you Park Inn.

Breakfast is ok and can be full! It seems that an extra bed can be added, but the room is not large and may be crowded. It is better to use a sofa. My room has a bench. Yes, I can go on business. Basically, we go to the conference. We went to this hotel without booking the next Lila Hotel. It ’s not good to bring children. It is very remote. It's not convenient to go to the attractions. There are two malls next to it. Finally, don't stay here if you are not on a business trip, the hotel is fine. When you first arrive, you will suspect that you have taken the wrong place. This is the CBD? This is the CBD of NEW Delhi? Please see the photos

Compared to the pictures, there are many differences. The facilities are rusty, old, and damaged. I was thinking of staying for one day and deciding whether to stay longer, but I decided to move the moment I entered the room. I think my expectations were a bit high.. Nevertheless, I will share what was good. I hope it will be helpful to the next guests. ㆍ The bellboy was very friendly. ㆍ The air conditioner is noisy, but it definitely provides cool air. ㆍ The TV was good. (However, I didn't find it difficult to find the channels)

I would say that it's a boutique hotel with a touch of culture . Hotel Ud*** was well connected. The room and bathroom was superbly clean and the best is the hospitality of the staff Kamlesh he will treat you with like friends with genuine hospitality . I will come back to Hotel Ud*** Whenever I'll come to Delhi.

Warmly suggested hotel where to stay while in Delhi! You will feel really welcome! The neighborhood is peaceful, the hotel is clean, the rooms are very confortable, the kitchen is adorable, and I want to underline the kindness and professionality of the owner and the team all ready to welcome and help you in every situation! Stayed here for 4 nights. Room is good and clean. Road facing rooms are preferable. Buffet breakfast is good. Only concern is service. Service standard is not upto the mark. If anything is asked, they will take minimum 15 minutes on an average and sometimes more than that to provide it in the room. Front office staff needs to be courteous. Both quality and taste of the food is good.

Stayed there for one night for a business trip as nearby hotels were full. Good co-operative staff and nice and clean hotel as per budget. Don't expect 3 star experience or 5 star but you will get all necessity stuff. Like clean room, clean washroom, towels, tv, ac and wifi. Good budget hotel stay
