Facilities: The lobby and corridors are very clean, the facilities in the room are OK, there is a KTV on the top floor, which is noisy at night. Even though I was given earplugs, it was no solution.

The environment is very clean, the various designs are very user-friendly, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is also good, and it is very comfortable to live in. It's a very new hotel. All details are well done. The staff's service attitude is particularly good. They pay great attention to the customer's experience and keep asking me what needs to be improved.

GGuest UserThe housekeeper Ai was very enthusiastic and introduced us to many villages and took us to visit the village. The location of the village is relatively remote, but the air is fresh and quiet, the environment is very comfortable, the paradise is properly, the supporting facilities of the homestay are complete, the surrounding stove is equipped with tea, tea, barbecue and other leisure equipment, and clean and hygienic. I hope I have the opportunity to come back for a holiday in the coming year~

I came here just after dinner, so I didn’t get to experience the farmhouse firewood stove here. Breakfast is delicious! The porridge is delicious! highly recommended! Your stomach capacity is limited, so eat a few more bowls! I didn’t expect that there is a charging station. Although it is slow charging, if I leave it on at night, the battery will be full even after people rest! Next time you come, you must try the farmhouse wood stove!

There were a lot of small leaves falling on the car the night before it was parked in the open air. The next morning I looked upstairs and saw a cleaning staff cleaning the area. I saw that there were no more leaves. I guess the cleaning staff had cleared the leaves off my car. great!

GGuest UserThe hotel package we bought includes parent-child room and scenic spot packages. It is not much different from staying in the homestay, so why not live? The parent-child room facilities are particularly good and worth it. I went to climb the main peak on the first day of my stay. I can take a bath to relieve fatigue. I told the front desk in advance to see the sunrise the next day and arranged a Jingjiao car to the foot of the main peak mountain. The hotel staff had a very good service attitude. It was the friendliest and kind hotel I have ever stayed in. The e people were super satisfied. But unfortunately I didn't see the sunrise sea of clouds, the waterfall cable car was overhauled, and it was only open on May 1st. The scenery in the mountains is super beautiful, you still have to live on the mountain, and you can't experience the happiness of half a ticket.

What I want to complain about is the service. I don’t have children’s spare parts. I have to have an extra quilt and no sheets. I negotiated with the front desk the next morning to check out a little later. Because my mother did not go climbing, I wanted the elderly home to rest in the room for a while. I was very bluntly rejected by the front desk. Although it is understandable that it is indeed difficult to fill the National Day room, but I have lived in so many hotels in the country, it is really the first time to feel this kind of humane service without standing in the customer's perspective. If I consult, there is no way to check out late. Where can the elderly family go when we climb the mountain, the answer at the front desk is that this is not what their hotel should consider, it is what we should consider.
